Speaking of Feron, does anyone else find it quite sweet that Liara is trying to learn of his fate, even though she doesn't like him and completely distrusted him, because she appreciates his sacrifice and feels it is her duty, despite not liking him at all?
I think it's another example of Liara's beautiful compassion, and it makes me love her even more. The fact that she feels it's her duty to help someone she doesn't even like, because said someone made a sacrifice that allowed her to escape.

I was talking about the people that would gloat about it and bring it up constantly like it was a given. Either because they didn't like her to begin with or as an extension of their own shallowness and insecurity in justifying getting into someone else's pants who was on hand.scmadsen wrote...
I said it before, I'll say it again...I thought she might of cheated, but, it wasn't that I thought Liara the character would, but that her writers would make her do that. You know, to make it all "dark" and "edgy" and "troubled" because that is "better". And I only thought it for like a few seconds, a few long and painfully heart-ripping-out seconds.
I didn't know what the hell was going on after my first playthrough when I got to Illium. We were missing so many pieces that I just concentrated on what sucked for sure rather than creating more potential annoyances. It sucked bad enough as it was.

Yep, she's just a really good person and has a strong sense of personal responsibility. He's a bit shifty and dishonest for my liking, but he did help her somewhat and at least had the good sense to realize my dead body was more important than his life. You know JP, that's uncanny. Because I feel exactly the same way with regards to feeling guilty for not being there for Liara. Whenever I see a pained expression on her face whilst talking to her on Illium, it honestly upsets me. I hate how much she is suffering, all because of her love for me, what she did to save my life, and the fact I couldn't be there for her. It's heartbreaking to see her like that, and it makes the fact that we currently cannot comfort and console her properly in any way even more frustrating. When she opens up, and almosts bursts into tears whilst relating her guilt, and how she "couldn't let you go", I honestly want to take Liara in my arms, tell her it's going to be okay, that I love her and could never hate her.

Bolded for emphasis, I really hope our Liara DLC lets us get to fix that mistake of not consoling her to begin with.
