Maybe some of the others could be left off the hook. Jack was like...frozen and incarcerated. Thane was like....rethinking the direction of  his life and meditating.

Grunt was in a tank, Jack as you said was frozen, Miranda cause her boss said so,  Legion insufficient data, Zaeed if it ain't a job he don't care, Samara her code doesn't cover it, Mordin doesn't care if it ain't science, Garrus and Tali? dunno wtf is up with those two, Jacob who? Thane to busy meditating about his family...

Off topic: You know what's insulting: In the game credits, Ali Hillis gets dumped down in the section with all the minor, unimportant VA talent that end up doing all the random NPC's, while the person who does Aria gets up with all the main VA talent. What the hell?
