btw guys not a liara question but hope you can help my xbox got the red ring of death so I got a new one I transfered all the online licences and my live account over but the saved games did not go over I am in the porcess of getting a saved game transfer kit will it still work after I have done the transfering hope so as I will have lost about 16 mass effect 2 games

They really needed to put a better pic for all three LIs from what I understand, and this would be great.

And @ justin, there's a pic from ME2 where she's smiling right into the camera -- but the way the light picks up her features there, that might be a nicer one

EDIT -- and as I have no pics of my own yet, this is my half-arsed way of making sure this page doesn't go without .

That would really depend on if you can get the old one to boot up long enough to copy the saved data. YOu may have to do the overheat hack to get it to work again temporarily.

the old hdd works it was the just the xbox that went rrod on me its more with the live account now on my new one I am not sure if it will let me get my saves I was told that I could just plug my old hdd in my new elite and it would work but it could not sign in with that hdd

I think what you are experiencing is a mismatch of XB harware IDs, which is I believe is saved in the OS section of each HDD. Do you have a PC you could connect the drive to? May be able to copy off any save game data that way.

well I have the officail xbox save transfer kit coming hoping that will work if it does not how do you conect to a pc by usb cable I guess

I just did this last week and it worked perfectly. You can use the old hard drive on the new system but I upgraded 
to a larger hard drive when I got the new Xbox. Just follow the directions on the transfer kit and you should be fine
it's very easy and painless.

thanks while I love mass effect I would not like to go back and play the first game 4 times then 16 times on the second game would take forever if I can save them I only have 6 more games to finish

so its just plug the transfer kit in the old hdd and then follow the prompts then plug the new 120gb hdd in and put them on there

and already transferring the online license and live acount to the new xbox does not matter

It's good that you have transfered the licenses but it doesn't impact the data transfer. Just follow the directions and it should not take more than an hour depending on how much you have on the hard drive.

It's good that you have transferred the licenses but it doesn't impact the data transfer. Just follow the directions and it should not take more than an hour depending on how much you have on the hard drive.

again thanks man I have been without my xbox now for about a month and will not the transfer stuff till next week figured asking about it beats waiting and worrying about it

Damn, that would have been nice to have a picture similar to that in Shep's cabin. Not that any picture of Liara is bad, but the picture should have been entirely different from any other in the game and about a special moment between Liara and Shep.
I guess Shep is scratching her head now wondering, "Why didn't I take one different pictue of her!?!?!?!"
We will get something better than a picture though, we will get substantial Liara DLC!

I love this composition, its one of my desktop wallpapers. I made wide screen versions from 800x500 to 1920x1200 . I could make a larger version available if anyone wants it.

I was going to wait until I was finished but this story is taking me forever. The link is below and it is called Holding On to Let Go. It primarily deals with an Earthborn Shepard and how Liara helps her deal with a certain issue from her past.



Its really my attempt to fill in the blanks of how Liara "changes" in ME 2 and how Shepard may have contributed to that. I am not there yet and I will still add a few final chapters based on the ME 2 universe. Enjoy as always.
