I have that pic as my wallpaper its on wiki on the redemption page its my fav liara pic the outfit makes her look well

I did not get that vibe from the comic.  Some are worried that this might happen due to her role in ME2 as an information broker.

I hope we don't 'lose' Liara to corruption and have to 'save' her as that would be terribly cliche and done before in BW games.

This guy from ebay makes a bunch of posters and I recommend him. He already has a few ME posters, but since I wanted one with that pic I sent him a private message and we worked out a deal. (I imagine you could send him any pic and he would do it)

In the message I also included a link with the picture I wanted. Since I wanted that picture with only Liara and the tittle (no BioWare, EA, Dark Horse logo etc...) I used this link for it:

And that's it. (I think  I had to use paypal to pay it. I am not sure what other types of payment he accepts, and I think it was a total of $12).

So, yeah, $12.99 w shipping. And yes, he will do it if you send him a message. Making posters seems to be his main bussiness, so I don't see why he would reject your request. And btw it comes all the way from China, but it only took me about a week to get here in the U.S.

It's not a free camera persay, it just moves the camera back xx amount, it's a console command ie:  FOV xx
