If anyone wants to help Liara out in the squadmate war, dont hesitate. There are a few people who are downvoting her lead (shes the strongest atm) so if we have more upvotes then downs, she keep her lead.

On the subject of modding, I wish ME2 was on par with DA:O and we could mod things. I know we'd be able to do a much better job with Liara. It'd be a simple matter to edit in a couple lines from both Shepard and Liara to add to the Illium scene. As well as extend the picture scene to show Liara getting up from her desk and looking up at the sky, at the same moment Shepard is looking at Liara.

I guess we just have to wait for a DLC and that scene on Illium will always be the crap we got, plus the picture scene will always be missing something.

I hope we get to atleast talk to Liara about all the new things we have we learned about the Protheans and the Collectors. I won't count on it though. If they let us meld with Liara, then in a round about way, she will know what we learned, and I guess talking about it will be pointless. I expect them to take that cheap way out.

The main worry I still have, is I hope the writers don't force some drama with Feron.

I lost alot of respect for BioWare from ME2 and Awakening.

Yeah, but the only problem is that a mod wouldn't be voiced.

There is enough voiceover from ME1 to patch together almost anything. A good edit job could make it sound good too.

That's true, but we can't mod scenes.  I still want to swap Liara's model with one of the other female LIs so I can get a love scene with Liara (like Jack's, for example).  I don't even know how to do this

That's my point, ME2 doesn't really allow modding, beyond texture mods. Unlike DA:O that lets us mod nearly everything. I have about 50 mods plugged into DA:O.
