Opinions are fine, it's your expression that needs work. I found that picture very offensive. It does not belong here or anywhere, and that's my opinion.

I found you slamming my opinion offensive.
I merely said I didn't like the pic, just as you didn't like that one
If you don't like offensive images you should stay away from the internet

(paraphrasing) With an almost fiery fury, Liara bolts up from her desk, "How could you kn-- You weren't there, you ..." I can't remember where in the dialogue Liara says this and it could be nothing. Then again it could speak volumes. Yes, Liara is mad at the SB, mad at herself, but I think there is someone else she is mad at, but doesn't want to admit it. She's mad at Shepard for leaving her. No, it doesn't make any logical sense, but love is rarely logical.

I think Liara is angry that Shepard left her, or rather, sent her away on the Normandy. Liara would have rather stayed behind with Shepard...you also have to think, that if Liara is angry at Shepard, the person she loves...think how mad she is at Joker...maybe that's is why Joker doesn't talk about it...he's traumatized over the beating Liara gave him. I could see her lifting him with her biotics and slamming him into a wall, breaking all his bones. Yelling at him for being a stupid moron.

How do you know she's hating it?
I thought she seemed pretty in her element.
"I'm a very good information broker, Shepard. The world of intrigue isn't that different from a dig site. Except that the dead bodies still smell."
The first line is said with a smile on her face, like she's pleased Shepard complimented her and that she could be helpful. The second sentence, likening it to her old job as an archaeologist, ie the knowledge aspect of it. The third sentence, she says it almost sadly. Pretty big leap from pride to distaste, no? Suggests to me that Liara likes the knowledge aspect, just not what she has to do in order to get said knowledge.
Plus, when she says "Everything I'm doing, I'm doing of my own free will....for better or for worse."
That sad and pensive pause when she delivers that line says to me that Liara is well aware of what she's having to do, but hates it, and really does wish that she doesn't have to. Plus, Liara's obvious stress, sadness and lonliness during the reunion all point to this.
Make no mistake, Liara doesn't like being an information broker. Not in the slightest.
Yes, Jeff could be blamed, but he was trying to keep control of the SR1, and was willing to go down with the ship. If you really think about it, he is almost as big of a hero as any of the other squad. It was just bad luck that the one shot cut Shepard off from the escape pod. Who knows, he might have been the reason a lot of the crew made it off the ship at all. I say give Jeff a break.Somebody1003 wrote...

True, but bravery and self sacrifice has many faces. This again may be just another fail in execution on BWs part for makeing Jeff over confident, I guess the optimist in me wants to believe he helped save the rest of the crew. /uploads_user/1070000/1069890/28018.gifscmadsen wrote...

I don't care why he thinks he did it. It was a stupid thing to do. He not only broke orders, but got his captain killed. No wonder he was grounded by the Alliance...he should of got alot worse...then the way he acts in game...I can't stand him. If Liara doesn't hurt him when she returns, my Shepard sure wants to. He's the reason I died, the reason Liara has been thru so much...it's unfair to blame it all on Joker maybe, Shepard shouldn't of saved his life in the first place...I can understand Liara being mad...but being a hero has got to be something Liara loves about Shepard, she she understands, thus it goes back to being Jokers fault.
I support spacing Joker in ME3!Sunnie22 wrote...

He might of been...perhaps keeping the Normandy between the Collector ship and the pods...keeping them out of line of fire...but it came across as more him being..."my ship is my only thing I have, I gotta save it" or "I'm the best pilot ever, I can save the ship because I'm so awesome" He still disobeyed orders when he was told to abandon ship.

I'll just be happy if Liara is back and in the squad and I can romance her. I don't expect a 'continuation' but a new start to the romance. That's better than nothing.
Well, honestly, if they don't give veteran players the chance to "continue" their romances, they are doing their customers a HUGE disservice and I would view it as taking the easy/lazy way out. I don't care if it takes them 5 years to finish the 3rd game, I don't want another hack job story pasted into a shooter game.
I expect a continuation, not a reset and try again.
They dropped the ball on ME2 not because of the changes they made but because of the high level of expectation that their customers had after playing Mass Effect. A reset would be so angering that I would send it back to them and demand a refund. Hudson is really starting to sink on my "who I like in the industry" Totem Pole, EA check writers have a lot more influence than people think.
Oh lord, I think I got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning /uploads_user/1070000/1069890/28007.gif
