E3 will be interesting this year. We may hear about an expansion for ME 2, but likely they will focus on their next big project, the MMORPG. I doubt ME 3 will be revealed, though that would be a major surprise as it is still probably a year and a half away at that point.

If Kasumi ever comes out, most people will have played out ME 2 and unless she is amazingly well developed, what is the incentive to replay again just for her? I guess everyone can save right before the Reaper IFF and have her for the last few missions on every save...

She's recruited on Illium, so you couldn't use her for half the game anyway.

Also, I think it's pretty much a lock on there being Liara DLC involving searching for Feron/taking out the Shadow Broker. Mac said Liara DLC will follow-up on the comics. The comic writer said "Wouldn't it be great if we find out what happened to him?" and the game has a bunch of files to tie-in to DLC involving her. It may be that they ran out of time and decided to move more info about her into DLC - The conversation seems unfinished as it is. That's what I'd hope for, anyway.

And one of the BioWare founders said not to be surprised if they announce ME3 at E3, but I can't find the interview.

Sure, I'll admit that it is an assumption.  There's the leadin files for Liara DLC and the comments about DLC related to the comics.  But they haven't actually came out and said anything definite yet lately.  So those leadin files could end up never being used, and the DLC related to the comics might be some awesome cool heavy weapon with twice the lens flare and colored lighting effects of any current heavy weapon!
I need some optimism though, really after the bruising I took in ME2 I've got to hang onto the hope of some more Liara goodness.

Ok... optimism it is!! There will be a Liara DLC! I'm just waiting for the end of the comics so I can continue with my Mass Effect fanfic after this big surprise we are suppose to get in issue #4. I wasn't going to continue it but what the heck... too many people have wanted me to keep going.

Actually, all the developers promised was that there would be reveals at E3, not indicating any game.  It could be Dragon Age 2, ME 3, ME 2 expansion, more MMORPG stuff, or any other projects.

I thought you get Kasumi on the Citadell,well whatever the squad is large enough already.
My hopes for DLC are not that high,Biowares record so far doesnt give that much hope,so its hard to assume we get really something compelling relationship wise.
I could picture something dealing with Feron,who I pretty much assume is dead,the Shadow Broker doesnt seem like the type to make prisoners,or if they want to be more dramatic or dark he rejoined the SB again.

As for ME3 sounds not impossible I dont think they will rework the engine or the whole gameplay again so its likely,I just hope they use the "spare"time for the story and characters though.

I think its the framerate of the video. I can't see it either but myself and many others have seen it multiple times in the actual game. Her mouth moves so quick its pretty easy to miss.

Well, it makes sense to announce the release date for new DLC after #4. At that point, Hammerhead is out, but don't get your hopes to high. It could say "Early 2011" just like the movies, lol.

It doesn't make sense to have her whisper anything, she could just be muttering under her breath. Why would she say "I love you" and then Shepard sort of sits there like nothing happened.

She definitely whispers something there, but it's hard to tell what it is besides ending with what looks like "love you"

The animation isn't good enough to do lip-reading, bad choice, I think.

Some people think Shepard may be whispering something back to her when she turns her head. Shepard's head moves a bit weird and seems to get closer to Liara's "ear" then they stand still those few seconds and break apart. Though as it stands we cant really tell if thats the case since Shepard's face is mostly obscured during that part.

No, it doesn't make any sense. But she's saying something in the video I posted.
Also, Shepard sits there like nothing happened after the kiss anyway. Not to mention not reacting when his/her love interest says "I couldn't let you go....I was afraid you'd hate me" so they can't REALLY be too worried about realism.

Same here.  I knew she whispered something, and I've reloaded several times to try and figure out what.  I didn't know that she didn't do that for the Malesheps though.  Even subtitles don't mention the whisper, annoyingly.

Actually this happened to my male Shep. i was ultra Paragon and never had any interest in other NPCs. In my ME2 playthrough I got this..I never even noticed a kiss I thought she was doing a mini joining (their heads rubbed and I never saw a frontal kiss) and also gave a whisper. My scene was so strange...that is why I kept saying I didn't even get a kiss..I really couldn't see it.

It's kind of sad that Morinth can take you back to her place to melt your brain into goo five minutes after meeting her, but you can't even take snuggly Liara out of her office for a private chat.

I guess hopping on the Normandy for a chat isn't viable, TIM has that whole voyeurism fetish so it seems like that wouldn't be very private and TIM already has enough handles on you without giving him more. I'd imagine that Liara doesn't sleep in her office though, so having an option to meet up after work hours would have been nice.

The Ashley/Kaiden encounter has that follow-up email that gives some sense to what happened. You can't talk to them again, but at least you get a letter that basically says "This is what happened and why, this is what I feel about us, this is what I'd like for the future." With Liara the "Huh?" never gets any narrative devices to explain what the interaction failed to provide.

Hm dont know the whole whispering might be because of the differences in size of both Shepards or something.

If not its not suprising that Shepard doesnt react to it thats pretty much seems to be his/her main strategy through the entire scene.
