Yes, but his wife isn't too fond of him.  The woman paid for his N7 costume and his passage from home so he could go 'fight crime and corruption' (a.k.a., annoy the heck out of people).  Seems like she's real desperate to be free of him

To be fair, if I were married to him I'd be wanting to get the hell away from him, too.
