If this is indeed Liara's DLC that's going to be announced, then it follows the trend set by Redemption. Each issue of the comic was released at the beginning of the months of January, February, March and April. This would mean that the Liara DLC is announced at the beginning of May. Possible release at the beginning of June? I want more Liara!!

Indeed, nice observation, LET! Soon we'll see if its true.
But i'd also be happy if BW takes its time for DLC so it gets some really god stuff *crosses fingers*. But yeah, they could just announce it. ^^

My anger at the comic is because it didn't reveal anything AT ALL! It also had one the most insulting endings possible (to be continued in ME2? Yes because we all know how that turns out Bioware ffs.)

Ok, I personally think it'd be awesome if Lia got her DLC next week ... But I do wonder what we can get so soon.
I personally would go for 'track down Taz and talk about it a LOT', actually. Oh, and throw in a new gun so the haters are forced to experience it!

Ideally, I'd want Liara's DLC to be like an expanded version of Jack's loyalty mission. If Liara does indeed join up as a temporary squadmate, then I'd want interspersed heavily amongst the inevitable combat parts where Liara will talk about everything that's happened, and start to open up more and more and reveal just how much she's suffered, with Shepard increasingly able to comfort her. The climax of the mission would be a confrontation with the SB, with Paragons able to talk Liara down and convince her it's not the answer, and Renegades encouraging her to kill him.
Then, on the way back from the mission, we'll get a special scene in Shepard's cabin if Liara is your LI. Liara will open up fully, reveal all of her suffering to Shepard, and we'll have the ability to comfort her, and reaffirm the romance.

There will be news only next week. I can imagine that they will only announce what the vague topic of the DLC will be.

yeah don't worry, some of us are inherently pessimistic. But it is BioWare's fault since we got the crappy liara experience in ME2

Wasn't there audio files of Liara confronting the Shadow broker or was i mis-lead

I'd say don't get your hopes up folks. In fact I hope it is NOT the Liara expansion being announced. If they turned it around this quick I doubt they will have had time to digest all the criticism (assuming they will anyway) to actually make sensible changes to her story.
If it is to a point they are ready to start talking about it expect something about the same quality as the Liara reunion/Redemption.
I'd rather not have something till next year if that is how long it takes to actually give us something deserving of being the Liara expansion.

Yeah, there are alot of cut Liara audio files contained on the disc. It's highly unlikely that any of them will ever be used, though.

I couldn't care less about their so-called announcements. Once there's something definitive, I'll think about it. But I will buy nothing from them anymore without reading credible reviews or comments. It's too bad, because I can't stand to learn any spoilers, but there's no other way.

Same here, I hate getting spoilers, but I won't be putting money down on a Liara expac till the group here gives it the thumbs up.
