I doubt Aria is Aleena, despite the 'evidence'.  Wrex was a cool character adn all, but they aren't going to follow up on a background to a nonromancable character over a romancable one (liara).

They do follow up on the background if Wrex is dead though.

EDIT:  Or if he wasn't recruited and is off being a merc

Why can't they be both? Wrex can be Liara's step-dad like I said...or would he be the step-mom since Aria/Aleena is the dad?

I meant a specific detail from a background, like the Aleena story. They do follow up on Wrex, but not every detail. For instance, the family armor isn't mentioned either way.

Watch Liara's "father" is the Asari councilor and if she died at the end of ME 1 problems would occur.

I heard that he was wearing the family armor when he sits atop the throne.  I haven't compared personally, true or not?

I think just about every asari NPC has been speculated to be Liara's father in the past.



Personally, I think it's that random asari that stands by the stairs leading down to the elevator to C-Sec in the Wards in ME1.

I may have missed that one.  I'll have to double check, actually.  Anyway, my point was, it's very possible not every detail will be resolves and the whole Aleena angle will stay in ME1.

I've done research and there is only one possible conclusion

An Asari that looks and is voiced by Tim Curry is the father.

It was kind of funny.
