No idea, but judging by how Liara reacts to Shepard using the term in ME1, I doubt that the asari use the term "father". The way Liara says "If you want to use that term" sounded to me like she was saying "We don't use that ourselves, but I will this one time for convenience sake".

That's also "the name she goes by now". She changed it to keep Samara off her tail. That should count though. I'm still trying to think of another example.
