Yeah the DLC kinda sucks....I mean, the helmets do look pretty sweet - but as we can't remove them whenever we want and they don't auto-hide in conversations, I won't be using them.

As for the Inferno Armor - already have that - so basically I paid for a few months exclusivity - AND I have to pay for it again - more than a little unfair BW...

I'm getting on fine - had my best friend over all weekend, so that's why I haven't been posting much (though both me and her did watch the aftermath of the....."discussions"...

I'm currently debating what to do with my Freya/Liara "canon" - I keep getting ideas for fics that could take place during ME2, but it would mean re-writing/deleting parts of other fics I've read.

I'm considering starting again and doing a definate canon series of stories for those two....plus I really want to focus more on their relationship - I reread what I've written and there's surprisingly little actual interaction between Freya and Liara...

Heh yeh, most of us were hoping for some sort of DLC side-mission-thing involving the LIs. It's been twice already, since we've got our hopes up. I know for sure, it won't be the last time for me, pretty naive of me to do so. But meh. As for the armour, I guess it's an excuse to start another playthrough maybe. But Shepard already has a variety of armour sets, and this one doesn't look that great to spend money on, matter of opinion, though, but yeh, At least more alternate squad member armour sets could've been nice.

Ahh i can't wait to see the outcome . I am thinking of doing some Liara Fan art again soon

Yeah the new dlc sucks , i meanif we can only expect a few new helmets and armour (which i don't have)

Probably the wisest course of action Les. They really need to start differentiating between these tiny add-ons (which I barely consider DLC) and things like Kasumi when they do the "announcements of announcements of DLC".

It's quite obvious there's some bigger DLC still to come - and without wanting to sound overly optimistic, it's likely to do with a certain blue-hued someone.

I just wish they'd stop hyping things up unnecessarily - I mean, the Bioware Bazaar got far more exposition than Kasumi did - as if they thought we'd actually care more about it.

I can see some Liara DLC getting released without any announcement, and then a week later they'll put up 2 or 3 screenshots from it and a tiny news item.

well i jut read the NEWS:(
"New Mass Effect 2 DLC goes on sale for both the PC and the Xbx 360, the new Equilzer Pack. The Equilizer Pack contains the Archon Visor, the Capacitor Helmet and the Inferno Armor and is available for 160 Microsoft or BioWare Points."
stupid-not-Liara-DLC announce....
moreover-terminus armour has some equivalents of given things included-so why bother buying that?....

During ME2

• Shepard takes Liara out on a date - Liara gets slightly drunk - hilarity/cuteness ensues
• Shepard and Liara get stuck in a satan-spawn ME1 elevator. Lack of oxygen gets things a little steamy and there's some hotness/fluffyness

After ME2

• Shepard and Liara go on vacation to earth, and a ghost from Freya's past causes problems
• After a double-date with Miranda and Jack goes badly wrong, Liara and Jack have to work together to rescue their loved ones.

I haven't yet decided how the old fics I've written will fit into this...

Nope, because I'm exactly the same. My DudeShep is there waiting by Liara's desk, keeping her company and waiting for her DLC. That's where my current save is.

I also have a save before every Liara conversation in ME2, and the picture scene too. I'm that far gone!!

well-i've gone further- i have every conver with LiLi save [before], about 12 savs of male shep just standing near the desk and all play-days i end with a save of Shep standing & staring @ pic-well after loading i need to back up my shep and close him again as pic loads black

Awesome. I have to admit, I was crushed when I saw nothing but an item pack, but if he says they're working on other things, then there's still hope.
