Exactly like this! Looks great. Could be the cover for ME 3 right away. Well - maybe some would prefer to see female Shepard on the cover

SR-2 flying towards the viewer on the right; and needs small illegible credits at the bottom that no one really reads or cares about but it makes lawyers happy in the pants.

Hey guys! According to Michael Gamble from BioWare, there is suppose to be a DLC announcement next week. Here is what he said:
"As i alluded to earlier, you can expect a DLC announcement for something larger next week. Trust me, we're very focused on supporting ME2 with DLC. Micro-content packs are not the only things we're doing."

So, this will probably be a story content DLC. May be the Liara one or not, but it will be better than just items!
Every time she raises her hand, a chorus of muffled groans rises from behind her.jlb524 wrote...
Haa yes! Completely oblivious. The lectures always go over by 10 to 15 minutes because of Liara...the other students hate this. Then, she stays and asks more questions after class is over and even follows the professor the whole way to her next class.
It's adorable!

I agree. I've managed to convince myself that the Liara DLC, if and when it is released, will be even worse than Redemption.bjdbwea wrote...

Evening all!
Nice avatar justin, the threads surely need more Sheploo.
The "something larger" DLC must not be story related, so I think it's just right to lower the expectations and just wait and see.

Thanks
The only story DLC mentioned was hinted at an E3 reveal. I doubt we'll see that next week.

Archeologists are still used in the private sector. You want to build a road or construct a building? Good chance your going to need one just in case you run across an indian ruin or something similar.jlb524 wrote...

So, archeologist Liara....was she a professor at an asari university or a free-lancer?
Very good question! I don't think we're ever told.
We have to bear in mind that Liara says she has been alone for the past 50 years whilst she's studied the Protheans. Do you think she could be a professor at an asari university with her being alone for so long?
If she were, she'd remind me of Indiana Jones. Adventurer archaeologist!
Indiana Jones is a professor as well.
I'm thinking, in the MEU, companies would employ archeologists, especially those that like travel and adventure, to go combing the galaxy for the next big Prothean data cache discovery. Thus, there might be a need for archeologists in the private sector while, today, there aren't. They are all professors and engage in research for the sake of the field itself. I always wondered what type Liara was.
If she was a professor, she'd have students and teaching responsibilities, so she wouldn't have been completely 'alone' in that sense. Also, if she's been on her own studying them for 50 years, it means she would have completed her doctorat at age 56, which is pretty young for an asari. I do recall that Samara mentions that Morinth set out on her own around age 40 and how 'young' this was. It's tough to judge how young it is in human terms as we don't have the proper perspective to compare.

Fraid its going to have to be another poster in this thread with ideas like this though:
Regards this next "DLC release", I ran out of leeway for Bioware round about mid to late last year. Now its a case of "believe it when I see it". Ill believe there is DLC featuring Liara when I see it. Same goes for "worthwhile Liara DLC" to boot. I cant see the "story driven" DLC being all that story driven either, unless they are getting an early start on a shift in priorities for ME3.

Heck, there's almost a campaign advocating that Liara somehow "prefers" Female Shepards. So it's good to see a Liara Loves MaleShep sig.
