Anyway, that's what I mean - I don't have a connection by the story really (it was a poor attempt to create one) but just the sweet, gentle caring feeling I get whenever I see the scenes... the way he is holding her, it just reminds me of Shep and Kaidan. But it's more of an emotional thing than anything else.

I think Shepard and Kaidan remind me more of Aragorn and Arwen if anything, first of all because of the whole forbidden element to their relationship and also, the initial attraction but uncertainty as to whether it is mutual.  Plus they have to wait and go through a lot before they finally have their happily-ever-after.

I agree with your depictions since this is supposed to be a quick reference for other people to understand. The TV/movie references work very well for the three LI/romances.

Haha, that would be my answer too, for the same reason; there's never enough Kaidan fanfic for me.  But do what you feel like doing; some days I'm just too burnt after work to be creative, other days I'm restless and I need to draw or write.

Faith deserves to lose her mind the way BioWare is treating her man. On the bright side, I'm actually making headway with this penguins fic, there's only one more day of work, and shooting matches on Saturday. Sooo....life isn't all bad.

The next chapter of Exitus is going to be brutal to read, Kaidan's mental state is setup nicely.  He's got 2 possibilities in his head for this person that appears to be Shepard and "brought back from the dead" isn't one of them.

All right, while waiting for fort to write more fanfic...let's discuss something silly and happy... Like what would Kai Kai's favorite carnival ride be? Would he cheat at the carny games with his biotics? What disgustingly, greasy, fatty foods would he enjoy while he was there. I know it's lame, but it's the best "happy" topic I could come up with. I miss happy thread. =-(
