It's where the "Aah, yes, 'Virmire surivors'" in some of our sigs came from.  Essentially, Kasumi will comment on every single potential love interest in the Mass Effect universe, including Liara, but not Ash and Kaidan.  So a lot of us were sharpening our pitchforks and getting out the torches.  But I'm not going to drag down my wonderful mood any more.

  Hi all!  I've missed you guys.  I am going to drop some very high praise on this thread. 
My husband is having nasty complications from surgery, my kids are sick
with stomache bugs, and I am so tired I can barely see strait.  I come
to the thread and within 20 seconds I am smiling and feeling better. 
In part due to this.....

Not that I know of.

From what I've heard, Kaidan is Japanese, while Kaiden is Arabic.

Ok, just found this :
The boy's name Kaidan is a variant of Kaden (Arabic), and the meaning of Kaidan is companion.

but yet another source says :
Kaidan : rebel/fighter/spirit of battle

So I guess it depends where you look, lol
