The only thing I wish for Kaidan in ME3 is that he become a bit more fit/get a better body... I mean he was cool in this department ME1 and all, but it would be nice to see him with at least with some nice abs and pecs... not to the extent of Jacob Taylor however, that is a bit too much for my tastes.

Kaidan only lacked muscles in the romance scene due to technical issues, Lady of the Waters, probably. You can tell ME2 had better graphics. They'll probably improve textures in ME3.
