Actually if you look closely at the pic you can still see stubble on his chin and lip, though it's more faded on his jaws. Most likely because Horizon has some horrible lighting so everything appears much lighter than say on the Normandy. Just look at his eyes, they are a few shades lighter than the almost black when on the ship.

So again...I blame Horizon

I know...it's just more visible in ME1. :wub:

About his eyes, they always looked rather lightish brown to me. Sigh. Kaidan is so physically my type, it's ridiculous!<3

EDIT: Because the top of the page needs moar Sparkly-Eyed Kaidan.

Horrible lighting is sadly typical for ME2 - too bright and yellowish. I´m feeling there like under the fluorescent tube all the time.

I really liked what the lighting did for Garrus' eyes. Brought the cool looking blue out with the rest of it looking black.

Yeah, I noticed that too! Garrus is my second best-loved squadmate.. well in ME2 obviously he´s the first. Not as romance interest (or maybe during some replay), I´ll wait for Kaidan.
That´s one good thing about the lighting, but overall it really doesn´t work for me. First ME looks better in my opinion, I miss dark, crampy but cozy old Normandy.. and subtle shades.. and bluish hues.. boohoo.

As for your previous post about PC x console gaming - I´ve always played on PC, never get used to consoles, don´t know why exactly. Something about playing on them disturbes me, can´t merge with the game as I can on PC. Well I play Wii but that´s something else.

I really like Kaidan -> Garrus -> Thane for romances. I dunno if I'll import my save where I was with Kaidan to see the benefits or import the one where I was with nobody.

I got the impression that all the LIs in ME3 could possibly be all the LIs from both games squished together..considering who's still alive. Would probably be a bit much but who knows, they don't have to worry about a sequel and I'm sure stuff has been written out for a long time.

I really do wanna try the PC... If I ever get the money I'll probably buy the game, even if my PC might be a bit slower. I don't think one is better than the other, it'd just be cool to be able to take screenshots and maybe some videos. And the mods. They are summoning me.
