Obviously some weirdo dev with a functional family stepped in and wrote Mordin's character. Ruined the whole motif! Bet he's got freakin' rainbows and unicorn stickers all over his workspace too!TeenZombie wrote...

What about Mordin? Mordin never had any daddy issues.
... I think.

Well, Mordin did talk about his nephew, so they must have some familial ties. Or that was just a writing slip up...

Kasumi's mission is my favorite now, it's more fun than any of the others. But before that, I really liked Thane's, even though it's the family issues thing. Everything about it was cool, the interrogation, tracking the dude, and Thane's awesome cutscene powers. Samara's was also super cool and fun, you know they did a good job when I thought "yeah, I can see why people are seduced by Morinth, she's pretty convincing..."
The first thing I said outloud when Thane used his powahs was "Damn, I should start doing that."

I like Kasume period. Well, except for the fact that SHE HAS NO IDEA WHO KAIDAN IS. But other than that. I like the way she moves. I like her assasinate power. And I LOVE what a smart ass she is, even to Shepard.
And I'm not knocking all the other side missions. I'm just pointing out ironic similarities.

I liked more of the 'undercover agent' type of loyalty missions as well. They were more like ME1 to me; they were all about unraveling a mystery or slowly finding clues to find your way about.

I liked the daddy issues myself. Grumblegrumble.
I thought it was just a repeated theme, the family issues being the problems that the squad needs to deal with before going on the suicide mission, and it makes sense. If you think you have a large chance of dying soon, what loose ends are you going to try to tie up? Most people would think of their families first, I think.

I haven't done Kasumi dlc yet so don't know what thats like and I gave up on the stinking hammerhead, lol. To me Thane & Samara's missions were the most boring. I hated the stop/start nature of them. I just wanted to run in, shoot the bad guys and get it over and done with instead of having to make conversation & wait for something to happen. Although by the time I did them I was probably sick of going through the laundry list of loyalty missions. Just wanted to get on with the main goal of stopping the collectors.TeenZombie wrote...

Hmm... you have a point there. That could be an interesting topic of conversation, I think, though I suspect it would get extremely personal rather quickly: if you were on Shepard's crew, what would be the one thing you would most want to take care of before going on a suicide mission?

I was trying to get both of these photos that Batteries posted earlier into one composition. That went fine. So I went into the motivationals site and tried to make a motivational but it kept cropping it. After trying to get the image to the right proportions, I facepalmed. I'm a graphic design student, for god's sake... I can make my own motivational
Here it is.
