Is Hannah Shep's mom, and is Ash's letter to maleshep? Can't wait to read Tali's!


EDIT  Oh WHY did I read those letters  especially tali's and kaidan's.  You must write more! I wanna see Wrex, Garrus, Dr. Chakwas, Adams.....

I tended to use Thane and Garrus in combination with my Infiltrator Shep. 3 Snipers... that was fun and it actually worked quite well.
It was so much fun to have those two with me as well, when I recruited Samara. The talk with the officer about having to follow orders... great combination.

In ME3 - if things turn out the way the should: Garrus, Thane and Mordin will have to swap places while Kaidan will get very little rest between the missions!

I have DAO on pc, but only just started it; haven't gotten to Awakenings yet, so I won't be much help.

Yeah, Hannah is the Spacer Shepard's mother; I think Ash's letter was originally to maleshep, but I didn't specify in the description, because I know some people mod the game so you can play with a femshep/Ash romance. Either way, it's an Ashley/Romantic-Shep letter. Raph's a good writer, I'm glad he let me post his stuff.

Thanks, I don't have to worry about the disc, I do direct download.  I am trying to free up enough space on my computer to download the game.  Between Fallout, ME 1&2 and Oblivion I don't have much room left (sigh). 

I think I need to play some ME now - getting frustrated I need to shoot something!

*grin*.. Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed them. Yes - Hannah is SpacerShep's mom (any gender), and the Ash letter is to a MaleShep who romanced her. The Tali letter is also to a MaleShep (unless you're a female Talimancer who's in denial about BioWare's lack of Tali's bisexuality, haha) .. 

Kaiden is obviously a FemShep who romanced him. Joker's can be AnyShep, I would think. I thought about writing all of them to AnyShep, but I found that I just got more emotional impact if the Shep they're being written to is more .. tailored to the character writing the letter.

What letters? I want to read the letters.

They're in Raphael's sig.  I had seen a couple of those before, but the new ones are great, and heartbreaking too!  I would seriously bawl if my Shepard had gotten letters like these, or any real reaction to the fact that she was really, really dead for two years and people had been grieving for her.  Now I want a spacer Shep so I can have a mommy...

My spacer shep loves her mommy.  And misses her.  And was annoyed by having two majorly important emails she couldn't respond to. 

Raph posts his letters both in his blog here on the site (to which you can subscribe) or on Writer's Block, which also has a post feed option, so you don't miss the next one.  Cause, I'm an addict.  Oooh, he should write an Anderson one too!  I mean, they're all mentor-y and friend-like.  (Of course, Raph's still got the rest of the squad to write.  Maybe I should leave him alone?  nah... *pokes Raph to make him write faster*)

Hey, don't run away!  I loved your story!  I totally felt your Shepard's pain and embarrassment, and I assume the same thing about the scars on the rest of Shepard's body.

And the shower design was a huge mystery to me, too, along with no chairs around the table in the briefing room.  Why even have the table?
