Ahem.
Kaidan

Ok, before I ****** people off, I miss Kaidan, and always keep his Horizon letter in Shepard's inbox! Pathetic, but I know others do to. Oh, and my Shepard and Kaidan are going to have the best reunion post-ME2 in my fanfic. It's the only way to get through it, lol.
I hope all of this staying faithful isn't in vain. I'm nervous that Bw are just going to reset the romances for ME3. God that would suck out loud.

To that troll?

I think that's what they were actually going for in those who play Paragon/Paragrade: acute discomfort in working for Cerberus. YOu're supposed to feel rotten working with them.

Alright, I just don't want to step on anyone's toes - at least not on anyone's toes who is a real part of this little community and not a pretender like that troll.
If I should lash out a bit too far or lose control, I apologize and take a whipping.

I don't mind feeling morally conflicted, but they didn't give us enough explanation as to why our character couldn't just call Admiral Hackett or anyone else connected to the Alliance and ask for our old job back. Yeah, we see the threat posed by the Reapers when we go to Freedom's Progress, but why can't we take that info back to the Alliance? We were given a definite "no" from the Council, but never got an answer as to why we would take the Illusive Man's word at face value regarding the Alliance...look at what he said about Liara working for the Shadow Broker. Why would we trust him implicitly, especially after the first game, and doubly so if we're an Akuze survivor? So my Shepard is suddenly an idiot or mind controlled, because I can't fathom why she's acting the way she does. I wouldn't mind just feeling rotten...

With a wet Noodle?
It might have been bad timing on his part since they had just gotten rid of a troll. But he didn't seem to be on topic either so.. it was fine.

My Shep is sitting back and taking notes for the day she could move against TIM. But, the Alliance didn't want her back, or Anderson would have done something, Councilor or not.

I mean the troll(s) though I am pretty sure the second might have been the first - especially since the account was created today, if I remember correctly.

Bioware put us in the eternity wheel: Alliance wont support us because we work for Cerberus and we can't leave Cerberus because Alliance wont support us, which leaves Cerberus as the only option to solve the Collector issue.
I've always been more of a RPG'er. The only two games I ever played with shooter elements were ME and Fallout 3 (where I mainly used the function to pause game and aim at bodyparts anyway). I do enjoy the shooting aspects of ME 2 and actually made me interested in playing fps games (as long as they have a good story). From a RPG perspective I feel ME2 is really watered down though. I'm among the ones who enjoy exploring with the mako and big spaces like the citadel where the elevators made the spaces seemless. The loading screens in ME2 disrupt that seemless feeling. I'm also among the "where did my inventory go"-crowd. I know this is things people complained about with ME1, I wasn't among those though. This doesn't mean i dislike Me2, quite the contrary, I really enojy it. I enjoy Me1 more though.
And yea, I do think the Li being sidelined in ME2 plays a role in this feeling. I did spoil myself with the Shepard-Kaidan reunion on youtube before I started my first play through so I knew what was coming. It still felt something was amiss though.
I was the same Shenzi, first thing I did after destroying that base was go back to the Citadel & try to talk to Anderson. I wanted to find out where Kaidan was but I also thought there might be some dialogue about the base, or the reapers, or Cerberus, even if it was only a couple of lines.Shenzi wrote...

I was pretty annoyed that after destroying the collector base and giving TIM the boot you didn’t get any new dialogue with Anderson if you went back to the Citadel.

Ohhh, yeah, that was definitely the same guy again, he more or less admitted as much himself! You have nothing to feel bad about.
I'm actually rather pleased at how few trolls we seem to get, on average. Best to just ignore the ones that do stop by, I feel.

Usually I agree - but this... guy... person, was rather tenacious and sank to a level that was a bit too low, even for my patience. But oh well... gotta love being able to report those morons
Off to happier thoughts. I just wanted to make sure that I didn't offend any of the people here that I like!
