Thanks!  It's always nice to see Ash fans come by and say hey.  I don't stop over there enough, but when I do, it's always nice...it's the only other support thread where I know most of the fans aren't Kaidan haters...even if Ash fans most likely left him behind on Virmire!  Funny how that works.

Hmm... I know I might annoy some people with my music and links and what not, but these lyrics... I don't know but to some extent it fits really well, though I would prefer a slightly happier ending for my version - my version for ME that is. Of course it is Shinedown - Call Me

No no, I didn't mean a wrong spelling or anything. It's just that Kaidan always says 'I'd like that' when FemShep tells him that they'll talk later. It was just me being a smartass... sorry

I've started a new fic but it's going to be slow going. It's about the temptations of having Thane around to lean on while Kaidan is unavailable and may stretch to an after-ME2 reunion where Shep will have to resolve that with him. I've just started so I don't know quite where it's going yet.



And I heard a new song today that made me think of how things may have been in the Shenko world between games. It perfectly fit the sort of mood my Shep would be in when they were most comfortable with each other, whether there are still Ferris wheels in the future or not. It's by The Living Sisters. It's not usually my thing, but I thought this was lovely.

It's a little sad, a little sweet... yet very mellow. Interesting for sure.

@Kioux - no worries. I'm not in any particular hurry for anyone to read it. I've been debating all night whether to post it or not cause I'm still not really sure about it, but the people who have already seen it seem to think its ok, lol.

@shenzi - just caught up on the thread and read chapter 4,  I love it.  Looking forward to chapter 5 now.  glad Kaidan shaved his beard off cause I can't imagine him with one, but stubble would be smexy, lol

LoL... that's how I felt about my Chapter 5. I still don't like it too much, but everyone else did, as it seemed. So who am I to argue.

And I told Shenzi the same thing about the beard,lol.

Ha, Shenzi, I already said I am just as incapable of writing love scenes as you are.  If I were to write a love scene, I would probably pull a KotOR: Have it fade to black just when things are about to get hot and heavy.

re Kaidans beard - everytime someone mentions a beard my mind just goes to that 'trailer' someone made for DAO (the one with the bif heads & the slap Morrigan) and the scene where Alistair grows a beard then it ungrows and he says "wow" or something. It makes me lol. I have a very weird mind.
