re Kaidans beard - everytime someone mentions a beard my mind just goes to that 'trailer' someone made for DAO (the one with the bif heads & the slap Morrigan) and the scene where Alistair grows a beard then it ungrows and he says "wow" or something. It makes me lol. I have a very weird mind.

Well I was looking for noticable difference for both of them for each other to comment on in medbay and yesterday when I asked how scruffy people thought Kaidan would be after being in the pods since they had to use some sort of suspended animation or he would have died and no one had an answer for it, so I was just like "taking the easy way out, he had the beard before he was podded."

I’m just going to add a line into chapter 2 when jokers giving him **** in the cockpit like "Why the beard Alenko, you were ugly enough before. Not everyone can wear one as stylishly as me.  You know Shepard is never going to let you keep it."

edit - I know most people are going to be going "that's just too weird" but if Shepard can come back from the dead then Kaidan can grow some facial hair. God knows he always had 5 o’clock shadow at 9 am in the morning so it woulnd't take much effort.

I figure any Kaidan related artifacts are fair game for shep anyway. Why else would Anderson have a pic of Kaidan except as a 'gift' for Shepard, lol.

I have my reunion fic finally finished. Part of it was floating around earlier but then I took it down, added to it, rewrote some of it, & re-edited it about a thousand times. I still don't like it but if anyone wants to read it the links are as follows :

Bellara has reach and flexibility, might as well put them to good use. No? Besides, it was obviously a "Welcome back to life!" present from Anderson anyway, he simply hadn't had the time to gift wrap it yet.

Hmm... it seems my muse may be determined to make me write my alternative endings fic where Kaidan has to deal with losing Shepard again.

@shenzi - I am a total lounge lizard, lol. You would think that being totally deaf without my hearing aids that I would be able to sleep throough anything, but unfortunatley not. Its not unusual to find me sitting at the pc at 3am playing a game, lol. although since discovering this thread and all you guys I generally hang out here or am working on a fic, lol.

I just did some minor rewrites on my reunion fic today, once its approved by my beta
I will finally be able to get it out of my hair, its been floating around on my desktop for a month, lol

@Shenzi - Yeah I figure the last chapter will be everyones favourite. I think Bri was disappointed, she wanted me to add more smexy scenes lol. Originally it was only 2 parts with the 2nd part being pretty much all smexy bits, but I decided it was too over the top, lol
