Though I appreciate everyone telling me on here that they liked the chapters, I'd rather get it in a review. Rereading eviews really help with writer's block.

Go for the AFF version all the way   As far as I know this isn't one of the racier chapters anyway.

I like the current tan background at AFF, it's easy on the eyes.  But I submitted a review on FF, since I have an account there.

About the last name thing: I find it really immersion breaking to read Shep's first name in fics (I really dislike it to be honest, also because, I'll admit, I just don't like some of the names people have picked for their Shepards/Wardens/etc.). I avoided giving out Twitter Shepard's name for as long as possible, until I got a formspring question asking what it was.



As far as Shep and Kaidan talking to each other, I'm a huge fan of them continuing to use Shepard and Alenko/sometimes Kaidan. It's in line with the game, even after Ilos, and it just fits for me. It's the Mulder and Scully appeal.

I know how that goes. Often times something will make complete sense to me then half of my class looks at it and they ask me, "So what's going on with ___?"

Very true. That's why I only mention my Shepard's first names in passing in my fics. Shepard is Shepard, nobody else.

It is really the Mulder, and Scully appeal I do love when they call them by their last names it so very cute to me.

During one of the Episodes I thought it was done perfectly

Scully: This is Mulder my Husband(Undercover Husband)
Mulder: Know make me a Sandwich woman after he had talked with her about the case they were doing.
Scully: Make your own damn Sandwich Mulder face she give is priceless.
Scully: then put the Sandwich on his head aha

Yeah, they just don't seem Shepard/Alenko any more when it's "Kaidan this" and "____ that". It seems so out of character to me. I think I probably started feeling that way reading X-Files fan fic where Mulder and Scully called each other "Dana" and "Fox" non-stop. Arrgh. Cringeworthy!

*Sigh* Well apparently I'm in the minority here.  I don't mind reading someone else's Shepard's name in a fic as long as it isn't something completely strange, which I have yet to see.  And it just seems too impersonal for them to continue to use Shepard and Alenko.

I agree, I just hated when they called  each other Dana, and Fox none stop. A few times in a  stories is fine as long as it is in character.

I'll admit that it's much more distracting to me when there's a strange name or they have the name in every durned paragraph.
