Hmm, in a way he follows Kaidan's fate. People see Jowan as whiny, 'gay' (you know the all-time excuse of insecure and unhappy straight males that just have never learned to discuss things or can't see that there is more to masculinity than pounding their chests and so on) annoying and what not.
I liked Jowan, I thought he was cute and I had a lot of fun to tell him with my female Mage that she had a crush on him... while Lily was present, lol.
There are very few characters I hate - but I sure enjoyed to slay R. H. with my noble... *sighs*

But no, can't say I would want to see a Joker romance. Just don't like what happens to my Shepard's friends when they are given romance dialogue. Unless they add more dialogue to compensate but that'll most likely come at the expense of Kaidans, which is a big NO NO

I think that's a bloody brilliant observation, myself. I'm sure he doesn't want a way out, but he also knows there might not be a way to make it work, so he's making sure they've got everything out in the open. I love Joker like mad, but I have to say I agree. No romance. More Joker-Shepard dialogue, and more interaction w/the crew as in the opening of ME would be spectacular, and romance tracks do seem to screw up the friendship tracks.

God I hope they don't pull off a Halo 3 in this game. There's already the "humans are spechul" thing going on, earth doesn't need to be spechul either.
From the looks of things, this is how things are going with the story plot. Somehow we're more genetically diverse even thought we been on this rock less time than other species on Earth. Then we are the only other race to be expected on the Council. According to the game, the reapers wanted too make a reaper out of Human, and only Humans who have this special gene code from what I gathered from the testing on the Collector ship.
We're the little white mice of the galaxy. A maleable genetic code because we skyrocketed in our evolution - social and cultural and technological -- we didn't breed the kinks out of our species before we nuked ourselves. They've already made humans special. As long as there's no hidden Mass Effect Relay on Earth or Luna, that's all we need.
I do want to know if biotics breed true, though.
