Normally I don't link non shenko pieces here, but this particular chapter I think most people would find entertaining.

The fic it's in is delete scenes from "If you need me" which is Shepard / Garrus fic.   The only reason I wound up reading the fic is because I enjoyed a DAO fic by the same author.  Each chapter in this fic is a one shot.

This chapter is Tali based, it's Tali / Kal'reegar with some Kelly / Thane with an appearance by the sex shop in the citadel.

Ah.. I have a slight phobia of reading fanfics. Any of them that I have seen have had Shepard acting like a 12 year old little girl that makes me headdesk. Some that were written that way on purpose to be funny have proved successful in a few attempt I have seen.

I know I've recomended this before, but Inunctio by sinvraal has to be hands down the best ME fanfic I've ever read.  It's well written, believable, incorporates all these little details from the universe that makes the story really come alive, and has a very interesting take on a lot of the side missions.  It's long, but worth it.

I agree, Inunctio really is a well done fic, anyone that hasn't read it should.  Then after that start on Exitus which is the sequel.  I look forward to my Exitus updates every week, Sinvraal updates on Thursdays typically between 1pm and 2pm Est.

Totally agreed on this recommendation, although the ME2 based sequel, Exitus, is making me very sad.    Sinvraal is really great at using the events of the game while weaving her own ideas in.

On the topic of "young" seeming Shepards, though...I'm 33 and I still feel like I'm 12, soooooo...

I've never been much a reader but I may give it a look to see and give me something to do.

You know, i blame all my fears on the fanatic Naruto fandom. I was never hardcore, but I liked it for a time and it got me into drawing a bit. So many of those fans are absolute savages. Always about couples and who should be with who, why this person has to die because they looked at someone the wrong way.
Fans sent letters to the author of it demanding more romance be in an action comic, which he did put in, only to get ****ed at about it because it wasn't EXACTLY how it SHOULD of happened with the RIGHT person.

AHHHHHHHHH I never thought I would of lost even more hope in humanity than I already had before that.

I love that most of the scenes she writes aren't actual scenes from the game but feel like they were what actually happened.  She does come up with very realistic scenarios and the detail level is great.

Exitus is on the more heavy side, that's just ME2 being the middle part of the trilogy, but she does include enough lighter scenes in it to balance it out.   But even the lighter scenes convey a ton of information.

Hopefully she'll have happier material to work with in ME3.

That is because it is horribly rough and I had only been DocXing it to people.  Yeah, I just made that into a verb.  If you'd like I can send it to you.  But it hasn't been throughroughly proofread or anything yet. So gentle mocking and only slightly acerbic barbs please.
