I think that was from our insane fic collaboration day last Friday when almost everyone on this thread was either writing or reviewing or both.  At least I think it was Friday.

That roleplaying thread is great, just reading it now.

Yeah I've barely written a thing all week, which is frustrating cause I have a bunch of half finished fics that I would like to get done, and I'm still trying to decide on booty2.  It would be nice if I could get going again.  Oh well, the teens are going to their fathers this weekend so maybe I will be able to do some writing in peace for a couple of days, lol.

today we'll go for attempt number 2 - getting the hair dyed and cut. At least she should have all the dye she needs now, heh.

I've been writing on one of the Chapters - but I have a tiny blocker with the one I planed next. Might have to shift things around a bit to finally get to something. Ah well, I am taking something to write with me while I'm getting my hair done. So, wish me luck that the color turns our right and doesn't result in me slaughtering Shepard and the entire crew in a chapter cause I can't look at the color.

I'm struggling to get through ME1 on the PC, even though the game feels a lot different. I need to stop handling the flycam and just play to get ready for ME2 when it arrives. And then do it all over again on the Xbox hehe..but hey ME3 won't be here for a while yet....sadly.

It's weird but playing ME1 now made me a lot more sensitive to Kaidan stuff, picking  up all the little things, watching him in my squad out in the field, observing the animations and while doing so you pick up on little details you missed the first time around. Although I'm most likely reading way too much in how Kaidan looks at Shepard at the start of the game, but the man does eye her A LOT.

It's that darn wetsuit I tell ya!

Jho I'm finding the same thing on the playthrough of ME1 I started recently. I'm noticing so much more about Kaidan than I did before and I agree with you, he does eye shepard a lot. I blame the extra attention I'm giving to him all on Horizon.



I'm actually in the process of writing something from Kaidans pov about his first meeting with Shepard aboard the Normandy & the Saren mission. Its sort of stuff he's remembering while waiting for news about the Omega 4 relay mission. I've just about finished the first chapter, probably only a paragraph or 2 to go, but I'm undecided whether I'll continue with it.

Sounds interesting, I would love to see it. It's fun to read stories from Kaidan's pov, specially regular game related. Even though I can imagine what must be going through his mind at times

Doesn't that get confusing? I only start working on multiple pics if I don't like where a pic is going. I leave it and move on to the next. Do you just have too much inspiration? If so, give some to me!

Well it can get a little confusing. I usually have 2 or 3 fics open on my desktop and jump between them depending on my muse, lol. Usually I'll be in the middle of writing something in one and then it will trigger something for one of the others so I jump over to get it down before I forget it, lol

lol Well I applaud you, I would go nuts  Then again, it would be a shame if you forgot yummy Kaidan stuff in the process.

Aren't you guys ever worried you might end up writing the same story as someone else and then have that person post it before yours is finished? I mean so many people writing Shenko, all in their own style ofcourse, but still....
And yet I haven't read two stories that are the same...excellent

lol. Well I'm already nuts so maybe thats the reason. I worry about that all the time, but I figure we all have a slightly different take on things. Usually If I read something similar my first thought is 'damn why didn't I think of that.' I actually started a Horizon fic as my first one but there were so many of those that popped up that I shelved it, lol
