This is true. Its probably why his legs are so tiny too - a lack of blood to the lower body leading to muscle atrophy. Unfortunate implications re: His groin

Because thats how I roll... and 5 inches isn't comically short, and 5 feet would drag painfully...well, moreso than 2.
