Good morning everyone!

I live in a desert rainy only in the spring- we have sun here all the time after April until November. I am alergic to the sun so I have to wear special clothing.

Got a question. Do you guys think Ash more a people person then Kaidan?

I think Ash is more of a marines type of person. Meaning she can get along very well with them, hanging with the boys, drinking even. Where as Kaidan might be a bit more reserved and doesn't like crowds.
Is Ash really more of a people person? Not sure, think she'll be selective in who to hang with and who to steer away from. But onboard the Normandy I can easily see her being one of the cool cats so to speak. And I see her as loving to hang with the crew, drinking them under the table on shore leave hehe.

@Shenzi the tasty 3 are now the most popular of the pics on DA, beating the sekrit one lol

I agree with this, though I would think that Ash keeps her guard up around new people, because of who her grandfather was, and also feeling somewhat reluctant to talk about her religious beliefs.  She's kind of sarcastic and witty, and has an outgoing personality, but she only lets select people in to really get to know her.

And Jho, is that really a surprise?  You're giving people the best of three world with the Trio!  Posted Image

Good Morning again,

I have an observation from reading many of the fan fics, and believe me when I tell you I do enjoy it because it always makes me laugh. Some people seem to have problems keeping their fish alive. Now I don't know about you, but I have had fish in rl so I didn't even buy any fish, I thought the fish tank was quite tranquil without the fish but I knew the fish would die. That's what fish do. Now if they had a placustomus, now those suckers last for years and they eat the algae so they feed themselves.

Besides I didn't want to waste the money. Fish or upgrades, fish or upgrades.

Carry on...

Actually I had little problems keeping the fish alive after the first time they died because I didn't expect them to ;) I just rp my Shepard as someone who retreats to her quarters after a mission, checking if she heard from Kaidan, touching his picture and having a moment to herself. I usually hit the Feed button on my way out.

When I first started ME2, Shepard did her rounds like she did in ME1...talking to people, getting a feel for the crew (*coughs*) etc. But now that she has Kelly, she doesn't even bother anymore and just waits for Kelly to tell her someone needs to talk to her. Especially after learning Garrus is just calibrating his way through ME2 after you exhausted the first few dialogues. Always liked chatting to Garrus and it made sense for my Shepard to seek him out but the timing, it seems, is always off ;)

My Shepard is not a people person in ME2, she's more of a "get the job done so I can get back to Kaidan and work things out" type now :P

Good morning!

I'm just catching up with the thread. No work today (yay!) because of STAR testing; students have to stay in class so they won't be coming to see me.

@ Jen: How scary for your family.  Hope you'll all be able to take it easy today and recover a bit.

@ Jho:  I for one am not at all suprised at the popularity of the Triple Treat.  I know it's one of my favorites!

@ Night: Clearly you learn more quickly than I do!  I have koi and comets  in my back yard pond which we've managed to maintain for about 6 years so far. So I figured, ME2 fish tank? No problemo.  Ha ha ha.  But I only bought fish once. Then I switched to the hamster. Posted Image

Yes the "Get Back To Kaidan" now that I can relate to.

Well have to go get my allergy shots.  Will be on watching since I have to sit there so long.... ugh.

Just checking in for a few before I have to run back out. Posted Image

On the topic of the fish, my fic Shep doesn't keep them alive because I ran into the same problem in game.  I'd fill the tank, forget about them and "oh look, they're floating."

My fish only died once; usually I'd go up to say hi to Kaidan then feed them. Yep, it was that bad in ME2. :(

I never wanted fish. I only bought them by accident in one game because I was trying to figure out that krogan fish quest.

That doesn't mean that Kaidan can't buy them for Avery in ME3. They'll just probably die since she's no more conscientious about that sort of thing than Meghan is.

I think I spend more time ingame saying hello to Kaidan than I do on missions.

Re fish : I kept them alive in 1 playthrough but I really had to concentrate on it. Usually I don't bother buying them.

Which is why they should have made a vid frame with a recording of Kaidan in it so he's at least moving and maybe even giving you that little smile of his.

Home again.  Still having fun are we?

Remember KAAS one sentence.  Finding it very hard to keep it at only one myself.

@Star, thanks, I have been telling him for ages that I don't like him taking walks at night in that area, he seems to have learned from it, but is pretty shook up still. I think like many 18 year olds he thought that only happened to other people, I am just glad they didn't use the knife they were carrying....

He has a couple of friends round today and they seem to be doing him good.

What is the latest speculation on the DLC that we have to check in for this week? Does anyone know?

Think the latest is that it's just an appearance pack for 3 more chars :P

Either that or they will announce the announcement of a DLC ;)
