Good afternoon everyone!
I just wish the devs understood how depressing it is when they put up teasers using the line "What's on the Horizon?", knowing how desperate Kaidan and Ashley fans are for any little scraps of attention. Did they even notice how annoyed we were after finding out that Kasumi has nothing to say about Horizon? Why tie that line to a small armor pack?
It is nice that it's confirmed that they're working on another DLC mission. Now they just have to make it the most amazing DLC ever, that involves the ME1 LIs in a meaningful and cool way, and I'll be back to worshipping Bioware again...
I wish they understood as well. But what we see as a major part of our gaming experience, they see as tiny. I think they are busy continuing ME2's story and expand on it to get us all ready for ME3 and sadly Kaidan is hardly part of ME2. While promised to return in ME3 and being saved for it, maybe that's all we will get...ME3. Maybe Bioware will give us content for characters that either need to be nestled into ME3 or written off, and that's talking about the ME2 characters, so the final set up for a squad will be ready for ME3 and be believable.
The only ME1 LI that will get a DLC is Liara, but that's because of the comic they gave her.
It's just sad they used the Horizon pun when it's such a sore point for us but we were the ones who read too much into it most likely, don't think it ever crossed their minds.
*sigh* I dunno, sometimes I wonder if we'll be heard or if they are aware. But I have to believe that they are, just by looking at Tali and Garrus. Then again this is Kaidan we're talking about, despite our support, he's not that loved by a LOT of people.
