I haven't seen a pic of the handshake one...saw the vid on youtube that had it but not a screenshot.

Who knows, maybe in ME3 it'll turn out one who "died" on Virmire was kidnapped by the Salarians and has spent all this time in Mordin's basement.

I'm very cuddle-able 95% of the time.  I've got a good sense of humor, but I'm fiercely protective--even over video game characters, yes.  Except among fellow fangirls.  Then any fights are in jest only.
