Just got back from having um...well dunno the proper english stuff so let's just say got my teeth cleaned. Or rather my gums. Not a pleasant morning to say the least. Runs in the family. I have lovely teeth, hardly any problems, but the gums can be a pain at times.

Anyway redoing "Waiting" or rather tweaking..but tweaking turned into changing it all around so the pose is the same, but the rest has changed. Removing the omni-tool I wasn't happy with, changing Kaidan's head, despite me loving the old expression I prefer the new. Background is being upgraded, entire image sharpened and much lighter.

A bit of an upgrade I suppose because I simply liked the idea of Kaidan waiting for a response to his mail.
The pic just didn't do what I had in mind and now I placed him in some random Citadel appartment or office background instead of Horizon. Mainly because he leaves Horizon at the same time Shepard does right? So figured it would make more sense.

But gonna read the fics first in a bit..once I'm done cursing at my sore mouth lol

Was reading in another thread speculations that in ME3 the Virmire survivor would be send after Shepard who would be declared a criminal. Do you think Bioware would do that:crying:?

@ Milk I would hope that they wouldn't declared her a criminal since as a Spectre she is above the law, at least my Shepard is a Spectre- but beyond that, what has she (or he) done that could be deemed breaking the law- I doubt it was ilegal to go through the Omega 4 relay, since it was still being done. Did I miss something?

Someone was saying that Shepard has come to a full circle and is now where Saren was - depending on her choices she is now working with the geth, the arachni, has cure for the genophage and reaper tech and is doing what she thinks is right to save the universe from the reapers.

I see how all this choices might lead others to think she has 'gone to the dark side', and they are a mixture of paragon and renegade. I also somehow don't see ME3 differ much on how the game deals with choices. Shepard might be forced into such a story. All this might lead to Kaidan/ Ash being send after her.
I hope they wouldn't do that.

I agree, but given Bioware's track record at things that stink ( Alistair having to sleep with Morrigan for a dark ritual or die) I am afraid they might do something like that.

No you didn't kill the thread Milk. I was writing. I didn't know about Alistair having to sleep with Morgan - but I think having Kaidan come after Shepard would be worse. She already stayed loyal to him and for that she gets arrested - yeah not good!!

I wonder if that's what they meant when it was mentioned that Kidan will actively pursue Shepard in ME3 if she stayed faithful

Someone wrote a fic around that idea a few months ago, I wouldn't mind seeing ME3 go along those lines.   I enjoyed this story.  Love thy Enemy

Oh and about Shepard not doing anything illegal... or acting within Spectre limits... it's an old political tool to accuse and frame someone with a crime to ruin their image as well as their credibility.

The Council did that in weaker form, by announcing that Shepard was delusional and crazy... so what's to stop them to announce that Shepard has gone rogue or has been accused of a crime.

Parallax and Wrex's comment made me wonder how the crew would respond to possible displays of affection between Kaidan and Shepard both in ME1 and 2?
