@Jho: I like the new version, though I can't say if I have a preference. I like both of them!

As for the reactions, I think they would vary. Some people would smile gently about it and approve, others would probably shake their heads and those who have the hots for Shepard would be... angry.

Think someone from the Alliance crew might actually file a report? :)

Hah, I was thinking about that as well, but I don't think so. After all, she's still a Spectre in ME1 and could kick their butts. Also, every Shepard has a certain reputation; either heroic or ruthless. I'm not so sure that anyone would dare to file a report. Also, don't they have enough troubles in ME1? Trying to discredit the one who just became first human Spectre would be... counterproductive.

True, but I can see someone using the breaking of rules as a career boost. Spectre or not, the vessel is Alliance and the rules are in place for a reason. Somewhere down the ladder someone could rat them out to advance his/her career. Dunno why I'm thinking about this lol

Morning Ki - great news Jho!

I was hoping for a more ROMANTIC pursuit!
I don't think the crew was oblivious to their feelings and I think they would be happy at any resolution.

Morning Night,

and well...nobody says it can't turn into a romantic pursuit at some point.
Actually that would be an interesting setting: Shepard on a planet or inside a cleared base or something and she starts to freak out because she feels that someone is following her. [...]
Hours later the pursuier corners her and when he finally takes the helmet off, she gets to stare into his brown eyes. "I can't let you go anymore." he says with a crooked smile...

Erm.. yeah, I need more coffee...

Hmm... maybe, but on the other hand, Shepard does have some friends in the Alliance, at least during ME1. Just think about all the things she does for Hackett for example. There's also Anderson who clearly displayed his support for her... and in the end they are all part of the crew that hijacked the Normandy.
Even if someone would try to reduce their own problems by betraying Shepard with that report... I am not so sure they would get anywhere. Of course, that's not what you asked, so just forget I said anything... *bangs head on table*

Nah you make good points.

On a different note..if there was to be a picture of the 3 ME1 LI's..who would wear what? Liara the dress from ME2 or the science gear from ME1? Kaidan would he be in uniform or in standard alliance wear? And if Kaidan is in dress uniform could Ash still be in standard wear? hehe..my mind is shooting all over the place ;)

Hiya Sia!

@Jho: Hmm... I'd say that if they are recruit-able, they should be wearing either casuals or the armor they'd be wearing during a mission. It would symbolize that they'll be more than just a pretty statue somewhere - that they'd be ready for action... huhum... I really do need more coffee..

@ Milk I would hope that they wouldn't declared her a criminal since as a Spectre she is above the law, at least my Shepard is a Spectre- but beyond that, what has she (or he) done that could be deemed breaking the law- I doubt it was ilegal to go through the Omega 4 relay, since it was still being done. Did I miss something?

Someone was saying that Shepard has come to a full circle and is now where Saren was - depending on her choices she is now working with the geth, the arachni, has cure for the genophage and reaper tech and is doing what she thinks is right to save the universe from the reapers.

I see how all this choices might lead others to think she has 'gone to the dark side', and they are a mixture of paragon and renegade. I also somehow don't see ME3 differ much on how the game deals with choices. Shepard might be forced into such a story. All this might lead to Kaidan/ Ash being send after her.
I hope they wouldn't do that.

While the argument works and could be a way for BW to get back into the storym  I wouldn't like it if they went that route. I also  wouldn't put it beyond them to do so. They like to use the Joseph Campbell formula for their gamesand we're on the "redeem the fallen" section of the story.  So having to convince Kaidan/Ash to make a difficult moral choice seems like a possibility. Although there are certainly other ways to handle it too -- more like DA:O - Grey Wardens are currently the baddies and need to build an army vs. KoTOR - Muaahhahaha - you're Reven or BG I/II -you're the child of evil Baal who turns into a lobster and kills people.  I've got my fingers crossed.

Hmm...might actually have a go at trying to create new armor for them, based on Shepard's gear. Either that or a mix of Alliance and Cerberus casual wear. Pfftt...make it easy for yourself, why don't ya Jho :pinched:

@Star &Sesh: I just had the time to read through Misunderstandings. It was hilarious and thanks for adding the dictionary at the end - it was really needed!!

@Jho: Aye, the combination is pretty good, I thought. You know how Cerberus uses orange for the logos and and also for some of the pain on the Normandy's hull? I decided in my ff that the orange would be replaced by Alliance blue. And if you have armor that don't have the orange, there are always possibilities to add some blue marks or patterns.

I liked the idea of both sides (Alliance and Cerberus) melting together and creating something new (hence my ridiculous idea of Last Hope... meh).

Yeah I'm great, well hideously busy with work, exam season really does suck!  That and have a new bf to occupy my time somewhat, so not really been able to come by much.

How've you been?  Glad to see you're continuing the good fight Posted Image

Ponders:  Would biotics make for a good back massage?

Good morning!  Sorry your back is still hurting, I know how it is, and how un-fun it is to have to go back to work when you're still in pain.  Posted Image

Biotics, if carefully applied, ought to be very good for massages, and you could give yourself the massage, which is handy!  Posted Image  Of course, even with biotics, I think it'd still be nicer to have a special someone use their hands....Posted Image
