Good Morning and Good Night All!!!

I need to go into work at 1800 hours tonight (that's 6pm for those that are military time challenged) and have to get some sleep. 

for those that are interested Chapter 5 is up.  Chapter six is in the works and I might finsh it tonight.  I am off on Thursday and Friday, and am going to get some serious gaming in.  This Fic stuff is cutting into my play time.

Well 12 hours instead of 8 tonight so I am going (and this time, I mean it).

I'll see what pops. I like doing the light, fluffy ones. I've been working on the sequel to A Soldier's Weakness (yeah, totally lied to myself about taking a break, I'm already 3,000 words into it) and fluffy is a nice break from the havok I'm wreaking in my Shep & Kaidan's lives.

@Jaer - love the Bachelor party, can't wait to see what you come up with next. I'm definitely waiting for you to finish the one I saw the snippet from where Shepard is sick, lol



@Jilly - love the Joker chapter. I laughed at the bit where Miranda had sent 57 messages as well. Can't wait to see Shepards reaction when she get round to checking her messages. I love writing Joker conversations, probably why there's always at least one of them in all my fics, lol. He's such a smartass he could be an Aussie.

I like Miranda but she can be obnoxious without trying too hard, lol.  I can just imagine each message she sent getting more and more shrill and demanding.

Really?  The female gamers are unimpressed by the chick in the ridiculous catsuit?  Shocking.  Though, tbh, I actually like the character arc Miranda's got going on in the game, but I think she's got a ways to go still...

eta:  And yes, her finally meeting Kaidan is giving me mental giggles too.  Just have to get there...

Kaidan meeting Miranda would be very interesting. I mean, he *is* male and Miranda dresses like a complete hooch. And then there's the whole socially awkward thing that Kaidan has going against him and the fact that he and Shepard are on the rocks.



They better put some interesting thought into this in ME3. It's too awesome of an opportunity to pass up XD

Miranda walks past Shepard and Alenko. Kaidan turns and watches until the door to her quarters swishes shut behind her. Shepard reaches over and smacks him on the back of the head.

"Get your tongue back in your mouth, Marine."

"What? I wasn't, I didn't, she isn't... she wears that into battle?"

Then again, this is all assuming that any combination of Miranda, Samara and Kaidan are going to be squadmates in ME3.

Well they did hint that it was news about more substantial dlc, so unless they've come up with another mission, it could be the Liara dlc.  Although it may even be one where we play as the collectors and have to take Shepard and the squad out.  That's how low my expectations have sunk

I won't be disappointed because I refuse to get my hopes up, lol

Lately they've liked posting about the opposite of what it will be.



Horizon references = armor dlc



I expect a few side-quests that involve a plethora of shooting and waist-high crates. Perhaps they'll make another Pinnacle Station.

I'd actually prefer another Pinnacle Station to armour dlc. I haven't been impressed with any of the pay for dlc yet so not expecting that to change anytime soon, lol

Yeah I'm at the point where unless its going to affect events in ME3 or has Kaidan in it I won't be getting it either. It will be interesting to see what they do with the so called information thats bad for the Alliance from the Kasumi dlc. As the eldest teen pointed out to me, it won't be much because not everyone will have the Kasumi dlc so it can't play a big part in ME3. Who knows, I've given up guessing where they are thinking of going.
