welcome Sia, Shen, Ryr, & Ki (I know your here somewhere) and anyone else lurking. I am here but playing DAO - I will get out of the fade today.... or maybe tomorrow... or soon? I hope.

CHELLO everyone says the overly exuberant chem light who just got to drive emergent traffic for the first time.



@Nightodie, if you start counter clockwise you can get all the powers you need to open other realms of the fade. I hated that level. My husband swore if I wasn't there to tell him what order to go in he would have never finished the game.

First two, I miss the old museum director. So far I really like the first season the best. But I still find it entertaining.

Did you ever wind up finishing the penguin fic to your satisfaction?

Well I had to add the grocery part and the started to get a little...extended.  But for the next week I have no duty, no exercises, no big meetings, nothing.   So I intend to try and finish it.  I'm horrible at writing consistently.  That's why After the End took 6 months instead of six weeks.

Morning Chem and thanks. Glad you got to drive emergent traffic / I only direct ... reminds me I have to go to bed so I can go to work early. Doesn't everyone work 12 hour days when they are only supposed to work 8? Well maybe I will get to work on chapter 10 tonight - though it is Saturday so probably not. On the other hand I have 9 chapters up in one week, so maybe I should slow down.



I got through the first 2 'bosses' and I am going onto the third, probably not until Monday though because I have to go to brunch in the am and after working 12 hrs and brunch I will probably crash. hey at least I am getting farther in DAO then I thought I would. Thanks Shenzi, Chem and Jo!!





Have a gread time, will see you in a few hours.

Today?  Meghan.  Though Moira's pretty loud right now since I'm near the end of her story. But Meghan's still pushier.

I would love to write Avery.  But Meghan is really loud.  And very pushy.  Sapphy said once she's like Starbuck, but sane.

However, I've been thinking about Avery The Paragon Adept a lot.  I've come to the conclusion that what she'll get isn't Captain's Logs, since I won't be making too many different decisions than Meghan with her, but she'll get her Kaidan reunion.

classes were over Wednesday, and my skating is thanking me for that.  I have a final on Monday, a final on Thursday, and a final project to present on Friday and then I will be done.  So I have plane reservations booked for a week from today.

It's not her physical description that screams Starbuck.  She actually looks more like Buffy the Vampire Slayer.  It's that she's nuts, but slightly more sane than Starbuck.

 With the occasional "back to the mission line" I was writing today in my fic I had Buffy's voice in my head going "it's the mission that matters." I don't even remember what episode that was from but it's stuck in my head.

This is only peripherally related to the subject of this thread, but as I know many participants of this thread are also a fan of Carth Onasi, I've got a curiosity question for you.
Should you have played both KOTOR games, what is your opinion on the better LI between choosing Carth or Atton Rand? And should you have picked Carth, could you say that you still like Atton or is he a no go?
My curiosity was struck while looking at a completely different thread, so I'm looking for opinions from people outside of that thread.

I'm now going through all your notes.   I had to finish sanitizing my house of any last traces of the b*tch that was at the tail end of being in season here this weekend so that when my 2 unfixed male stud dogs come home it's not like "I smell it, she was here /lifts leg on couch."

Yeah I know, way TMI.
