@Chem: You have to upload the custom avatars from the PC version of DAO. I believe there is a way to do it using the pc version of the character creator too. Fort used that I believe.

I can now say with absolute certainty, Kaidan's picture is on Anderson's desk if Ashley is the survivor. My husband had to giggle madly.

Yeah, I had heard that a while ago, and I wish we could have gotten some word on whether it's a bug or easter egg.  Of course, my mind that has been exposed to too many soap operas and telenovelas immediately went to "hmm, I wonder if this means that Kaidan is Anderson's long lost son or something?"  I sincerely doubt it's anything like that, but it would be nice to know what the heck it's doing there...

My take on Kaidan picture and Anderson:

A) Anderson is really proud of Kaidan. Kaidan was under Anderson's
command until Anderson gave the Normandy to Shepard. Kaidan goes on to help Shepard save the council, possibly giving his life to save the galaxy. Kaidan symbolizes both Anderson's success as Captain, but also the embodiment of what humanity should stand for - action but also tolerance and consideration.

It's just a bug.

Because the other threads have according to moderators gone off topic whereas they either did not notice or did not think that the Ashley and Kaidan threads have gone off topic. I don't know about the Ashley thread but this thread seems to always be on topic.

We had one really bad troll incident that both Stanley Woo and javier responded to very quickly, so I know someone with a Bioware tag has at least clicked on the thread. I'm glad that we haven't had any warnings issued to us about going off topic, though, it's a good thing.



It would be great if some dev acknowledged us, but they're really not coming into the spoiler forum much at all these days, unless it's to scold people.

wow i love your new avi Chem, while i like staring at Kaidan....... i kinda feel left out now that everyone's getting custom avis. my question would be how do you take screenshots in ME1 and 2? i'm yet to figure that out.
