I still believe that Cerberus was done and the "waking up" was intentional. Wilson was killed primarily as the scapegoat of the incident. That whole thing stunk of a setup to me.

Also, I'm not bothered by how "perfect" the reconstruction process appeared. I am more of the mindset that the process left more emotional and mental scars/changes rather than physical ones.

Additionally, one of the reasons I like my avatar picture so much is that I see a very tired and almost haunted Shepard when I look it.

You think the premature wake up and the attack was the same day?

And on a side note, considering the frequency with which all the mechs go rampant, I personally would revert back to good old fashioned living gaurds if I lived in ME Universe.

Yeah that whole scene at the station was suspicious to say the least. And they got rid of all those involved with the Lazarus project, cept for Miranda. I mean there are multiple shuttles just parked there so there are more ways to leave the station but only one is available? Right.

Always got that "good cop, bad cop" vibe from Jacob and Miranda as well. He's sucking up to you from the start, trying to be honest, coming clean, backing you up, telling Miranda to go easy on you and she's the opposite hehe..could just be me though

Yeah, its fluff, next 2 should be actually.   
 
Only a few chapters left to tell that side of the story, it's been extended far past the original 3 chapter conception but it's been a good learning experience although my betas, especially Sia might describe it differently with what I’ve been subjecting them to.  

Kate’s side which will actually be snapshots of the time she woke up till the time she finds Kaidan on the Collector’s base will be a lot less fluff oriented.

I'm trying to decide if I should go back to bed, kept the sick dog out of his crate last night incase he had to go out but all he did was either pace around the room or lick himself all night long over and over. And now he's asleep on top of my feet curled under my desk, this is a 90 lb dog.

even though he's a 90 lb dog, he still sounds cute. i hope he feels better, my cat is snoring on the end of my bed. no doubt i'll be fighting him for the covers when i go to bed tonight.

here's a question, do we ever find out what the orange panel is that Kaidan is working at?

I have enough sleeping problems that I should force myself to stay awake today, maybe I'll reinstall ME1 and spend it staring at Kai Kai, hadn't gotten back around to it since I rebuilt the PC with win7. That should give me good motivation for staying awake

Just a quick hello before heading into the shower and off to work.



Lots of good reading today - of course I couldn't head out to work on a Monday without my AMWT fix!



Shenzi's got a good chapter coming up soon *nudge**nudge* I just wish Bioware had written a game that's a lot closer to her story! I would have much preferred to rescue Kaidan from the Collector Base than have that bloody awful scene on Horizon!

While I was frapsing it, I actually watched Horizon last night for the first time since my first play through, yep, still sucks as much as first thought it did! Normally I just get my hug and then get through it as fast as possible.
