We should tell Bioware that the fans don't want Bioware to tell them x way of playing is canon. That if they have to make the movie, make it not about Shepard.

I can't believe they're that callous.  This is their baby.  The writers, the artisits, the programers, have worked on it for years now.  Letting some big company buy it up and turning into boxoffice garbage is akin to allowing the Collectors to scoop up human colonies and turning them into that monstrosity of a reaper.

I personally don't like the idea of Twitter, but like I said, I'm tempted if only to warn them of what their fan base thinks. They have a lot invested in the franchise. I can't imagine they would throw it all away for some box office proceeds.

But the folks that sold the rights weren't the writers, artists and programmers. It was the company's founders and Casey Hudson. I doubt that there was a vote that went around.

They have to have some say. I know the fan base has some say. Hate to quote The Priiiiiiize himself but ,"If everyone who wanted to see us beat the Collectors stood up, they'd have a lot bigger problem on the hands, claws, whatever."



The Original Star Trek was brought back due to fan support. Serenity was made due to fan support. I would imagine that if enough of us stood up and said don't ruin our RPG, someone would have to listen.

I remember when the comic was being talked about, people were getting mad then too. Fem sheps thought it would be about male shep. Custom male sheps were mad it was gonna be about Sheploo. Turns out they never showed shep as I understand it. So who knows what will happen, if it happens.

Yeah, but they're specifically calling it "a live-action, big screen adaptation of the Electronic Arts-BioWare
videogame."  That just about screams following the story of Mass Effect and they're going to have to show Shepard at some point if that's the case.
