I've finally started my next chapter, after my muse eventually figured out what she wanted to happen next.

Not sure what my muse is thinking given that I have 3 ME fics in limbo including random stupidity 5, lol. Unfortunately Joker and Kaidan have stopped talking to me and Alistair and Zev won't shut up, lmao

We must actually thank my BF since he was supportive and listened to my brainstorming yesterday before finally giving me the general idea. So, if it's terrible, we can blame him too!

I gave up on my muse. Think she secretly ran off with Kaidan to get inspired herself lol. Oh well, she'll come back at some point and finish what she started.
Hah, my brother stopped by and looked at my current desktop (latest pic) and he recognised the ME theme so we discussed it a bit and he was like "did you make that? huh?" ...see, my family has no clue hehe, which is my fault I suppose. He did recognise Kaidan from the few times he played ME1 at my house but he didn't know about the female Shepard option anymore....and that can be blamed on Bioware for not promoting it at all!

Sapphy if everyone loves it, which I'm sure we all will, you get to take the credit, if anyone doesn't like it then blame the BF, lol.



I'm losing track of everyones fics so will have to go back and reread all the last chapters before new ones are posted, lol. It's great that everyone is so prolific and skilled with their fic writing but it sucks in a way that we have to rely on fics to get our Kaidan fix. I really wish bioware would give us some info and put us out of our misery so that we can get officially excited about ME3, lol

This os one of the reason my family doesn't know about my deviantart acc. They're sure I'm wasting time on my hobbies, while I'm drawing one thing on a month or two. Plus there's too much emotional rides, rants and so on. I was raised by my aunt, who was sure that using a nickname is a sign of some mental illness.
My BF's jealous of any guy I draw tbh O_o

Jho I probably should have mentioned that we also rely heavily on your pics and the pics of others, as well as the many screenshots and vids that people make for our Kaidan fix as well.  But I do blame you for my Alistair fixation atm,  its that triple treat that has me enthralled, lmao

My husband hasn't read anything I've written, nor do I ever intend to show him.

He's a bit surprised that I'm still working on the same fic, asked me if I was writing a frigging novel the other day.

And he certainly doesn't know I was writing smut over the weekend.  First thing he asked me when I told him I was writing fic was "you're not writing porn are you?" and since my first piece was "Understanding" I could honestly answer him that it was the furthest thing from porn.

Pfft can't blame me for that, you can take off Alistair's shirt whenever you want ingame
The fix will have to come from looking at completed stuff then, can't find the will to tinker with a new pic at the moment. Even if it's a matter of placing Shepard in Kaidan's lap, which is yummy, but still...no focus.

Nothing and everything, if that makes sense Busy but as time flies I have no idea what I've been busy with haha.

Hoping for an announcement as well, but not holding my breath. Even trying not to think about it all, or not too much rather. I'm just wishing they add Kaidan and Ash to the Liara DLC, but even those chances are slim.

Odd as this may sound, I miss the days when a Bioware game took like 5 years to make...or so it always felt

You'll save the Universe regardless of what story they come up with leading to you being the big hero. Whether or not there will be someone waiting for you when you do is the big question

I'm sure its still about Shepard being a big hero and saving the universe.  Its just frustrating that they gave us such a great romance and LI in ME1 then took it away from us with vague references to them being important in ME3, but not actually saying how important or what role they would play.  I'd be happy if they just confirmed Kaidan as a squadmate and gave no other information, lol.

While I am a Liara  fan and hoping for a Liara DLC, I think it would be unfair to not include Ashley and Kaidan in it (with the same amount of content) and call it ME1-LI DLC. If anyone of the ME1-LIs get their own DLC it will be unfair to the others, imo. We all suffered the same disappointment and should all get something good for a change.
It is unlikely though, because if it's done right, it would make the DLC really big (and expensive) or there'll just be a few lines before an hour of shooting and a cya at the end....which would suck<_<
