Kaidan says it too. I think Bioware reuses their battle catchphrases. Not necessarily a bad thing though.

Kaidan says it too. I think Bioware reuses their battle catchphrases. Not necessarily a bad thing though.

Yes I laughed the first time I heard Kaidan say it.  Carth was my first game romance, sigh.  Is it wrong that I always chuckle in DAO when Alistair says "its a gusher"? - slinking back to the depths of the gutter now.

I tried plugging in my Wacom Intuos tablet for the first time in over a year, to try my hand at drawing some Kaidan fanart.  Turns out the tablet is broken, and I'm pretty sure there's no easy at home fix, I'd have to get a new one. 

Then I checked my photobucket stats, and saw that someone had linked to a pic of my main Shepard (the one in my avatar, whom I had uploaded to masseffect2faces.com) on another forum and was making fun of her.  It's just something I made in the character creator, but I don't think she's worthy of singling out as fugly.  It shouldn't bother me, but more depressing, real life stuff is bumming me out too right now.

And to top it off, I had an awful allergic reaction to a new facial cleanser I tried.  I had to go to work with my face lobster red and swollen, while I was waiting for the antihistamine to kick in.  Thank goodness it's the weekend, I need to go play ME1 again and have a Kaidan fix.

@Michelle - I really do envy your drawing & writing talent. Your drawing captured the moment perfectly. Hope you love KOTOR, I rank it in my top 3 fave games. May have to re-install it myself (after the great hard drive crash of 09) and go in search of the mods for a replay as I'm struggling to complete my latest playthrough of ME2 (vanguard which I'm not liking at all, much prefer adept & sentinel).

Eagerly awaiting more Kaidan fanfic/art & the continuing saga of Blastette & Alenkfish (of course)

I've always been inept at cooking.. I tend to burn things.. I almost started a fire after frying an egg once.
Somehow I always imagine my Sheps being the same... I wonder if Kaidan's a good cook.

Ahahaha, I'm loving these cooking stories! My dinner was pretty good tonight, but I like to have a glass of wine pretty much as soon as I get home from work, and if the food preparing is taking a while, I'll continue to have wine and get sidetracked by the computer. I do this fairly often for late lunches on the weekends too...which is why I tend to have more charbroiled cheese sandwiches than grilled cheese sandwiches...

 Nice.  More than once I've put rice on to boil and gone off to play a game or something and come back to find out the water is all gone and the rice is burnt and stuck to the bottom of the pan.  Smells up the house for hours!

You've had a bad day...hope things get better for you  I envy all you people with your 'tech' toys...tablet?...I used paper pencil and a scanner...crappy I know...but it's all I have. As for the Shep thing...she's not ugly at all...lot of people do those sort of things out of pure jealousy...don't let them get you down.

Thanks guys, I love the art and stories you bring to the thread, so I'd like to share some of my own eventually.  I went to school for studio art, but haven't really drawn much in the last few years, and I rarely share it.  So I'll probably get off my behind tomorrow and buy a new one.
