I kind of feel like playing for a bit, but I have the feeling that I might just fall asleep with the laptop on top of me if I make the attempt (has totally happened to me in the past, btw). I should really finish my Adept Renegade Talimancing Sheploo, but...I miss Kaidan! I kind of want to do a New Game+ with my Vanguard again, but another thing is that I've never done a full playthrough of ME1 as a Colonist/Ruthless Shep. Decisions, decisions...

I haven't even touched insanity yet! I just successfully diffused the Miranda vs Jack biotic minefield for the first time hurray! 

If Kaidan had been there I wonder if he's put them both in a blue bubble like they showed on the prison ship. Hee...

Ugh. I HATE Praetorians. Hate, hate, hate them. The Collector ship was such a freakshow. So organic, like the Cult of the Unseeing Eye's place in BGII, if there's anyone around who remembers that! Way too meaty. I could totally picture my Shep being all disgusted and wishing Kaidan was there to watch her back, or at least wanting to tell Kaidan all about it, if only to alleviate her discomfort with the whole place.

You know what I hate about the Collector ship?
It's a hybrid of organic looking muck and sleek and shiny metal floors and walls, so it basically looks like the floors are covered in feces, and makes me thankful I'm in full armour.

Kaidan: Any survivors?
Shep: None. There were hacked up bodies in piles all over the place.
Kaidan hugs Shepard from behind and rests his chin on the top of her head.
Kaidan: That sounds rough, baby.
Shep (arms flailing): And it smelled like old people!!!!

I think he would have sided with Jack against Miranda, particularly given his history and his feelings about Cerberus.

In other news, I finished the Praetorian part finally!  Now just a couple batches of Collectors between me and finishing the mission (and going to bed) if I can get the game to stay stable for long enough to get there.

Jeez, it's amazing how obnoxious people can be.  What's the point of making rude comments like that?  Like you made your Shepard specifically to impress them.    While compliments are always nice, I think most people aren't thinking about how the internet will percieve their character when creating it.

I really like your Shepard (and the Dragon Age avatar you used before) because they look realistically "ethnic."  It's interesting to go to masseffect2faces and see how harshly female characters get rated, while males just have to look moderately decent to be rated highly.  People also really don't like deviation from the "norm"...if your female character doesn't look pretty much like Default Jane Shepard with different eyes and hair, your Shepard is rated down.

meh.  I put the character there just to keep the face code for later reference.  Maybe I should have just copied it into notepad and not bothered.

I'm a basket case. I can't get more Kaidan, so I'm gonna try Carth...wish there was a mod where I could replace Carth's face with Kaidan's...I'm a sucker for dark hair. I've already downloaded the Carth romance fix and I haven't even received the game yet.

Mmmmmm...Carth....I LOVE Carth. I actually like him more than Kaidan, but only because he has that sarcastic humour which I just adore.

KotOR is still my all-time favorite game ever. Damn now I need to play it again!
