I'm sure I'll have more to add as I read through what you've all been up to. At least there won't be any smut in The Swing of Things. I don't think I could write it from Kaidan's POV.

@Sia: That's what I thought at first, but that's not how it decided to write itself at first, so now I'm trying to figure out if I need to change it back to the original idea, or if I need to do something else entirely. It's annoying me.

@Aslan: I also tend to prattle quickly. I have always been a rather cheap date. Not a very Alenko-like trait, that.

You know, since I"m stuck, maybe I'll just put the WIP up... anyone free to give me a proof-read in the hopes it can be prodded in the right direction?

Positive thinking:  Kaidan will be the first squadmate we meet in ME3, the romance subplot will be satisfying and engaging, and the main story will be wrapped up in a suitably epic and well written manner.
