Although I do think Cerberus circulated their own rumors, probably well in advance, to boost themselves and to alienate Shepard from the Alliance (as well as to recruit Shepard's new crew).  I think that the burying Shepard's deeds or whatever has something to do with Cerberus' rumors.

But it's difficult to say what Kaidan knew and when.  It's possible he dismissed them all until Shepard was standing in front of him.  And then chose to believe the worst ones, wth?

The more I think of it, the more ME2 comes apart.  O_o

In the scheme of things though the information in Kasumi's dlc doesn't really matter because being dlc that not everyone wlll have, it won't play a big part in ME3. Personally I think that some of the higher ups in the Alliance know all about Cerberus and covertly support them. Kohoku obviously condidered that they'd gone rogue, and the fact that Anderson doesn't trust Shepard and doesn't tell Kaidan anything so that he's not swayed by Shepard seems to indicate that he is also in the dark about whether Cerberus is operating under a secret Alliance agenda, which I find pretty hard to believe.

It also grates on me that Shepard was just willing to believe TIM when he told her the Alliance were doing nothing and just fell in with Cerberus without even checking that bit of info first.

Yeah but they can always release the Kasumi as part of the ME3 release and call it bonus content.

that's the reason i'm miffed with mass effect 2. my femshep had no say in anything she did. she just blindly followed cerberus. i felt like the story was dropped a bit on that one. at least add a touch more detail as to why i had no other options. blerg.

see, i always go to the citadel straight off and i feel like i'm getting stonewalled every time. something freaking is going on with what cerberus is doing. i think it's ALL a conspiracy.

I think it works well on him. They just need to smooth out those ridiculous bumps in the back. With ME2's graphic capabilities, I don't see why that pointy bump is still there.

I just made the ultimate vanguard...

I removed the starting the ammo powers and added heavy warp ammo, enhanced dominate and heavy energy drain besides area reave that he started with. He can go it alone now (well Miranda is nice for warp explosions).

Finally got my ME2 today so I could register it to finally participate in this thread that I was only allowed to read so far but those days are over now!
