Well in all honesty I'm more excited about TOR then DA2 right now, won't buy DA2 till I hear what people think of it. I mean for all I know they could have killed all characters off, or start with a totally new story and give you yet another new, dark and gloomy ending lol

I'm excited about TOR too.  It's such a b*tch to be wondering whether my once-completely favorite software developer is going to to try and stick it to me once again.  I've absolutely refused to have Darkspawn Chronicles in the house and I'm doubting whether I'm going to download the Leilana DLC.  Instead of DLC they have thrown us a new t-shirt.  Woohoo.  Now if it was a picture of Kaidan...maybe.  (See?  I ended OT!)

Yeah, the Cerberus network is how they keep track of people's decisions, including cheating. So we're all being watched. I went into ME2 knowing this so the only Shepards I've played so far are Kaidan loyal; I don't want it counting against me

(Then again the ME2 LIs weren't interesting to me, so you have that too...)

@FireEye...I think they'll make the romances more ME2-like. For one, they seem to be feeling the need to please the shooter crowd - meaning more action, less talk. I think they'll go even further in that direction with ME3 (not too pessemistic I hope^^).
There is also the problem that ME3 is supposed to be stand-alone, just like ME1 and ME2 was, so they have to make it possible for everyone to get to know Liara/Ash/Kaidan (romance reset? T__T).

It was strongly implied by Hudson in an interview I cannot find at the moment that the romance for the ME1 LI's was only going to be available in ME3 if you'd triggered it in the first game.  I'm not on my computer, so there's no way I'll find it now though.  I'll try and remember to look it up when I get home, however, as this question keeps coming up.

I have an unhappy Liara romancer who I think I'll use to try out the ME2 romances, but yeah, my Kaidan Shepards are all loyal.

OK big ditto here... I felt exactly the same way.  Casey Hudson said in one interview that he expected the cheating factor to be 100 percent.  I said wanna bet, and never looked back!!!   Ya, still don't have the romance achievement for ME 2.

I mean really, Kaidan or..... yeah no contest.

LOL! Kaidan or Thane....Kaidan or Garrus....<_<  I'm sorry Thane is an awesome friend and ally, and Garrus should be Shepard new XO! (I'm pro-GarrusbeingShep'sSecondinCommand!) But the biotic sex god wins above them all. Though Garrus (in my fanfic) is an awesome buffer for Shepard!

Yeah, when someone tells me what I'm going to do like that, I do the exact opposite intentionally.

I was thinking to use my unloyal playthrough (romanced Garrus) where I let the council die. I want to see how things are going to be in ME3 if you cheat, I want to see those "concecuences"<_<

I can't believe they would expect 100% to cheat. Especially on Kaidan! I had to make a male Shep specifically to get the romance achievement because otherwise it just wasn't gonna happen.


I'll watch the cheating consequences on youtube. And it'll probably still break my heart to watch.

@Everyone on Cheating - My cheating was soo unintentional with Thane. I just wanted to be his friend! then he started calling me siha and I was like wtf Kaidan help me!

@Fortunesque - My hero! I'm making a Renegade Male!Shep just to see the female's reaction. (started in ME1...i want cool evil red eyes) because apparently my brother ran through ME2 and had sex with all the women! I was like wtf. How'd you do that? He told me you screw them, then tell them you're not interested and move on to the next one.



@Nightodie - Lizard....XD poor Thane, he was demoted from a drell to a Lizard.
