Just got home, survived the day with a 2 year old...I'm exhausted though lol Need lots of kaidan comfort. 2 year olds have way too much energy when it's this hot outside, they should be sleeping all day long if you ask me :P

At  that age, children have a special Force bond that allows them to suck energy directly from their caretakers, or anyone in range.

I can only imagine what a biotic baby would do.

"For the last time, no levitating in the kitchen!  If you want to go flying, you go outside or to the playroom!"

I feel gay posting here. But I support Kaiden.

Not gay at all, as PP's have said Kaidan is a great squad mate (if you level him up manually, never ever auto level... <_<) And an honourable character, a great litmus test for whether your Shep is generally doing the right thing ;)
Also we have quite a few guys who pop in here very regularly, it is great to see you here :D

thanks guys, that really helped me A LOT! at the moment I'm caught watching the USA football game vs. Ghana. Really hoping USA makes it to the quarter finals. I'm crossing my fingers. But Ghana is good as well and would deserve it too.

Lol, no one babysits my baby, we keep him all to ourselves + I have an 18 year old son and 15 year old daughter should I require a babysitter ;) Not to mention, I'd be surprised if you even know where Eastbourne is ROFL! *NICKjnp runs off to google and returns mysteriously knowledgeable about Eastbourne* ;):P
I reckon Kaidan would be a bit like Jean Luc Picard around kids, what do you all think? ;)

Good evening,

just came back from a little party... ;-)

So we´re talking about babysitting and suicide mission ?

Well, I would think like you, Jen, about Kaidan and Jean Luc Picard ... lol... But I think, since Kaidan is younger he might get it done easier ... Hey, he´s also marine. You don´t think he would surrender, because of a little cute toddler, hm... *giggles*

I was so exiceted when I started with the suicide mission, because I heard that everyone could die... But it was so much fun and I really saved them all... ;-)

Really? :) It's a bit of a way (but not in your terms I guess...) a couple of hours, did you get to the south east coast at all?

I found the whole 'suicide mission and everyone could die' spiel a bit of a let down. It was one of the easiest missions in the game and if you used common sense it was very easy to get everyone out alive. It really annoyed me given that we were told thats why we couldn't have Kaidan in ME2. It was more believable that he wouldn't work with Cerberus but it still doesn't explain why Shepard did without questioning what TIM told her at the beginning.

Maybe they just needed a reason to tell us why we couldn´t have Kaidan. Even there would be a possibilty to die for him/Ash... Hey, we´re saving games and in case something bad would happen, you just would start over again... At least that´s the way I would choose.
And with Shepard... I guess we have to ask the devs...

I think (logically) one of the very real reasons we didn't get Kaidan/Ash/Liara is that over three games there was the risk of romantic stagnation, because let's be honest it isn't like it is in RL is it?! Where would we go with it, if we were all coupley in ME2?

Just a theory, you understand!

Back from the beach. Sadly no Kaidan or Carth look-a-likes which sucks. Hi to everyone.

Ps Kaidan as a marine babysitter can someone say Pacifer2: Mass Effect style?

@Nightodie- it's a dream to have Eliot after me XD

*Whispering* Yes, but this is not in a good way.

Okay normal and not tortured now (although I do know that you are enjoying this Phoenix and that's not healthy)
did you at least have fun?

(And if you want to know how Phoenix is torturing the Nightodie ... Read Suave Remnants and be tortured with me.
Yeah Kaidan isn't nice there...)

YAY I did it! woot! and everyone's alive and my shep stayed faithful to Kaidan! *le sigh* wasn't it just the saddest thing when she looked at his picture before going through omega 4?

As for Kaidan not being in the game, at LEAST they could of let him send us a message after coming back from the collectors! And I was thinking, how cool would it have been to save him from the collectors when saving the crew of the Normandy?

And yes, I agree, the suicide mission wasn't really the hardest part. Other missions were way more difficult. Then again, I only played this game on normal difficulty.

Haha and I told Cerberus where to stick it xD

Final level was 26. I don't even know how many levels there are. I know that I didn't get too many achievements. I never really care about those in games. I only care about playing it and having fun lol.

I am now making my final round through the ship and it's good to see everyone back *le sigh*

so......how much longer till ME3? xD

No... the program I was in was very intense... so not a lot of travelling.  I went to Reading a couple of times and London of course.

Suicide mission the first time made me nervous since nobody really had the "formula" down to use then. I lost Legion since I couldn't read the text when choosing a team leader.
I have no idea why I thought the text says "Choose two people to lead/support the team"
I was going to choose Grunt and Miranda.
Yeah, I clicked Grunt first.

Scene after that made me go "Crap! I screwed up already! But let's just go with it anyway since it's my fault."
Legion died. :crying: Sad too since I said "Legion can hack through anything!" right before my Shepard said it. :(

Jack for the barrier because that seemed obvious. Miranda was the second fire team leader. Took Garrus and Tali with me everywhere the whole time.

Jacob died too because I put his loyalty mission off too long. :pinched:
Re-did the game right after that from start to finish and everyone got out alive. :o

Am I... one of the only ones who saved the base? I did the first time too. I was deciding blowing it up should be best but when Garrus said it'd be like the people here all died for nothing, I was inclined to agree.

My first plathrough I lost Zaeed (who I don't care about) and Mordin (who I do care about).  Playthroughs after that have had everyone survive.
