I was actually playing ME on low graphics setting...was wondering why everything looked crappy. high makes Kaiden look SO much better...and no distracting blocks on the side of faces

As for Kaidan & Shepard "belonging together"...can't they belong together without marriage? Why does it have to end in marriage? More and more people stay together their whole lives without ever getting married. Then again my view on marriage is very biased given the fact that I stopped believing in it when my parents split up when I was 19  but still...at least give us the choice of not doing it and still remaining happily ever after.

It's just....in today's world you REALLY shouldn't force a player to marry the guy if she wants her character to be with him. That's almost like...forcing an atheist to convert into a believer because Ashely believes in God like if Ashely wouldn't accept you if you don't believe. It's not as serious but it's compareable...

 I agree that at least for me, marriage isn't the ultimate happy ending.  I'm good with them just staying together.  I have no problem with the institution of marriage -- have been married happily a good long time myself -- but I also know many long-time happy couples who aren't or can't get married and many very unhappily married couples 

My hope is that Bioware gives us at least a couple happy endings or at least epilogues based upon player choices so that Kaidan and Shep can either get married or remain together in a committed relationship even if they choose to avoid the legal ties.

I think Jennifer Hale is in on it too, that's why her voice acting is so suggestive with Jacob...it's a message to stay away!!!
