that's a beautiful song Ruby. I just looked it up on youtube. Since music is a big part of my life, there's a few songs I associate with my Shepard and her character. For her and Kaidan it would be End of Heartache by Killswitch Engage. Or Slipknot's Snuff for right after Horizon when she was angry and hurt. Another song that always pops up in my head for her and Kaidan is Almost Easy by Avenged Sevenfold. Or Unicorn by Apoptygma Berzerk. I am more of a lyrics person when it comes to that. So most songs here are a bit different from usual theme songs *coughs* Besides, I'm a big metal and EBM fan and just think that my Shep shares this passion as well lol

I wanted someone that looked beautiful to me and matched the voice of the character. I really adore my Shep. To me she can't be anymore beautiful. I have a thing for eyes. They are the most important thing to me when it comes to faces. And I wanted her looks to match her character....being a strong, tough woman and I think IMO I did that very well. Tastes here are very different and it is so interesting to see everyone's main Shep. Actually the first femShep I created was an accident. She looked gr8 but a bit out of proportion from the side. So when I restarted the game after Virmire, I totally spend a lot of time creating my Shayenne. I had taken screenshots of the old one and then tried to make my Shayenne look like her just better. And she just looks awesome in the game. From all sides. Her smirk is AMAZING. I have tons of screenshots already. She really looks good from all angles. I like that. Funny thing is, her hair reminds me a lot of me xD I have black hair too and when I started playing it was almost as short as it is in the avatar. It didn't show that much of my neck though because I have tattoos on both sides of my neck and need to have them covered all the time so no one at work sees them  So she has my hairdo, mine is just a tiny bit longer xD What I didn't like after importing her into ME2 was that her black hair looked like she had turned grey. But I kept that because all the other hair colours looked even more weird on her. I'll upload some more screenshots to my album in a few minutes. Just gotta edit them first.

Actually yes, many of chars I create have blue/gray eyes and dark hair. My Shepard, my FO3 vault dweller, Oblivion char, some MMO toons. It's probably because I want to "imitate" one of my OC's and make her... somehow alive by animation.

But. I believe I said that somewhere before, so in great summary: Marge was created kinda sloppy, because my bf was whining about me spending too much time with character creator (he wanted to see the gameplay, so he was hurrying me). She had unproportionally big nose and there was something wrong with sunken cheeks. But I bear with it and finished the game 3 times untill ME2 came out. I was happy that I can tweak her, so I took my time and the result in in my user pic.

I have no idea if she would ne in Kaidan's type, but what's his type anyway? (apart from "adventurous", "beautiful but not stuck-up about it" women). Besides, sometimes when love comes to town, looks doesn't matter (based on personal experience - my love was totally not my type when I met him 8 years ago, but we're together since then ).

I had few ideas for girls here, but I never bothered to ascribe particular tunes to any from my chars. When I hear "Still Alive", I hear my honey grumbling he can't finish his achievements. And I see Faith, no one else. Besides... It's too romantic for my taste.
I rather find songs matching to scenes. Like 23 of Faunts (it's sooo sexy after 4th minute... Scene? Imagine for yourself). Or Dave Gahan's Saw Something (good for Sheps finishing her morning routine and gazing at the picture once again). Mind that I pay attention to the music rather than lyrics. Like in Comaduster's "Chasms".

Marge herself likes music, doesn't have any particular song that would describe her thou. But there's something her mother liked to sing during rainy days.


Best quote of yesterday's fast-finishing ME (I have saves just before every talk with Kaidan, right now we're after lots of N7's, Therum and Feros):

(or something close to that)

Couldn't decide earlier if this one (or really, any of the other covers of it out there) was better for Kaidan or for an [insert non-Paragon background here] Shepard.

This one cropped up on my playlist right after I'd finished ME1, and somehow it's been my unofficial Ash&Kaidan&Shepard friendship anthem ever since.

Okay, so it's tougher than I thought.  There's lots of music out there.

another song that i had in mind during the whole kaidan-thane-femshep thing was Apop's Bizarre Love Triangle. Being a huge New Order fan their cover always gives me goosebumps. Unfortunately there's only live videos on youtube.
I just noticed, that I have a lot of Apop on my Mass Effect playlist lol....another one is Kathy's song ....just love this line "come lie next to me" .....Shep and Kaidan next to each other LE SIGH
As for my Shayenne a song that describes her really well from my list is VNV Nation's Darkangel ...the lyrics are sweet. So is the song Nemesis more than fitting for my Shep xD

Ok, the doubled empty lines and the edit option on these forums ****** me off.. What did I... Ah. I managed to capture Kaidan with few facial expressions that usually escape our notice (and no, not those silly ones). I'll try to post them soon.

My very first Main Shep who has gone to the digital graveyard thanks to an RROD'ed XBOX, was put together with the intention of making her tough before beautiful. She had a scar, she had the messy black bob and narrow blue eyes. Her nose was hooked and her lips were a bit too narrow. I adored her.



Never could duplicate her again.



Avery was made with similar intentions. She's got a squared off jaw, a hooked nose and lips that are a bit too big. But she still ended up pretty. In ME1, she had a bun. In ME2, I changed her hair color back to its original chestnut brown and made it short. (Cerberus didn't have time to finish growing it out and redying it.)



With Meghan I went the opposite direction. I wanted a cheerleader-type since I was going to play her as more of a renegade. I ended up with Buffy the Reaper Slayer. She's got platinum blonde hair and green eyes.
