Take anything that user says with a grain of salt. He was on the old forums and trust me... he's not an authority on any ME1 LI news... he's just stating his opinion there.

Yes, *major* false alarm. I knew there was a reason that I stayed awake until 5am...

Ashley, Kaidan, and Liara were all tack-ons in ME2, but they were semi-important tack ons. But it's not as bad as that guy is making it out to be; there is a plan for these characters. They can't die in ME2.

I've been wondering. Is there any person who started to romancing Kaidan, then sacrificed him on Virmire and not pursuing any LI in ME2? I can't imagine such Shepard, and what would await her in ME3.

i remember someone talking about that. they virmired Kaidan and because he wasn't around they became renegade. i just can't remember who it was that talked about that. sorry i'm not more help.

well xD my first FemShep accidentally sacrificed Kaidan on Virmire but I was SO shocked that I started the game all over again :innocent:

I lost count of how many games of ME1 I've played, but out of 12 Shepards, none of them Virmired him. All of them romanced him.
