I'm about to romance Kaidan after far too long not doing so. Still have a vague idea of writing that Miranda/Kaidan story. Maybe. I have so many ideas that I'm having trouble focusing and haven't written anything in weeks.

I actually wish there was a short "guy cut" hair that isn't... cute. I f eel like that would suit her better as long as it didn't look ridiculous. Plain, sweet and simple.
With bangs could look cool too.

Am I the only one that would enjoy a Rhana-based mission? I'd personally like to see if she ever regretted having treated Kaidan so badly after the Vyrnnus incident.

I'd be interested too. I doubt Kaidan would "hook up" with her, but it'd be interesting.
He does seem like he still hasn't put that partcular part behind him completely, loyalty mission might "solve" that. Hope he solves it own his own too without needing Shepard input on how to solve. Unless she's insane and murdering people.

There are too many side-missions where Shepard is cleaning everyone else's personal crap up.... What about Shepard's personal crap? hmm? She/he DIED~!

Since I finally have interrnetz, Kaidan quiz time:

1) Do you think he's an only child? No.

2) Dog or cat person? Probably neither given his shipbound lifestyle.

3) Do you think he was as reserved and careful before BAaT? No.

4) Do you think he kept in contact or has met anyone from BAaT after its closure? Nope. He would have sought to distance himself. I think he went off the grid after BAaT to prove to himself he wasn't the monster Rahna thought he was. Then, he put it behind himself and went on with his life.

5) What do you think his commendations were before being assigned to the Normandy? Distinguished services and missions. Probably some tech awards too.

6) In spite of his reservations with Shepard, do you think he's a reasonably outgoing guy with others? Yes, I think he was thrown that his CO was flirting with him. Not that it was a girl talking to him.

7) What do you think happened between him and Joker after the Normandy SR-1's destruction? He blamed himself and Joker. He took it out on Joker, and he probably stopped talking to him as soon as the "funeral" was over.

8) Do you think his current assignments are coming from Admiral/Councilor Anderson? Yes.

9) Football (Soccer) fan? I'll go with Sia. Hockey.

10) Do you think the vuvuzela would set off his migraines? Yes.

11) Do you think his next reunion with Shepard will start with tension or relief? Tension. There's alot of issues and unknowns.

12) What role do you think he'll play in ME3? Alliance crew member. Maybe liason. Depends on if we can get reinstated into the Alliance.

13) Do you think he's a career Alliance military man, sticking with it until retirement? Yes.

14) Do you think he'd have whatever the future version of a sweet car is? No. He'd have something trusty and reliable.

15) Do you think he has his favorite childhood stuffed animal hidden away somewhere still? No, but his mom probably does.

16) Do you think any biotic powers transfer to the children in some way? (Okay, not really Kaidan-specific, but I always imagined he'd be headed for fatherhood... oh wait, maybe I should have asked...) I think it's speculative still. I think there are lots of people who hope it does, but there is (to my knowledge) no known transfer of biotic potential to offspring yet. But bioitcs is "new" still.


17) Kaidan: destined for fatherhood? Again, agreeing with Sia, depends on the Shep. I think he would want to be a father though.

18) Do you think that, time permitting, he still calls his mother every Sunday? (I bet he would have written to his mother after being revived from the dead.) Yes.

19) Do you think that panel he kept working on in ME1 was the tv? LOL, that's a good guess as any.

20) Do you think Kaidan would find an evening at the opera a good time? Depends on how his migraines have been, but I think he would not be opposed to it. (But I enjoy opera and I suffer from migraines too)

I dunno how that'd work.
My Shep didn't romance him and even if I did I don't feel any kind of jealousy or anything against her. Tempted to slap her for being afraid of him after he almost got killed for her but I couldn't blame her at the same time. Haven't seen the fight happen.
It would cause an interesting reaction and circumstances if it did happen, bad or no.
