i think he's still pissy that joker interrupted them. he was hoping for another go. 

Yeah, you'll notice the yelling started about that time too, what with the sudden outburst of how Joker was waiting on the bridge and everything.

The "Joker's waiting for you on the bridge" line is from after Eden Prime when you click on Kaidan and he has no dialog. They copy/pasted it into the romance scene for some reason...

Indeed.  Perhaps it is... substancially less costly for a seven word line to be copied than it is to record it in a slightly different tone?  Or with slightly different words?

I'm on 1774 atm, and this is my opinion on Jack v Kaidan - Neural shock! He has it, she doesn't. It is easily a determining factor on getting the drop on someone.

Jack runs headlong into things (lost count of the time I have had to use unity cos of her) and Kaidan has biotics, tech, years of Alliance training + defensive and medic skills. So I would say after a tough fight Kaidan would be the one standing..... just barely though. That said, given Kaidan's general approach to life Jack wouldn't want to fight him, I think he would appeal to the little girl who wants rescuing, so Kaidan's only worry would be finding himself alone with her, iyswim? (Male Shep wouldn't get a look in, fact) ;-)

Shame for her she isn't Kaidan's type....... ;-)

I would love to see interactions between Samara and Kaidan, I think she would talk to him about his relationship with Riot (my main Shep) and advise him how to fix things. Let him know that he has to fight for it and hold on for dear life.

@Night - I'm working on those revisions gimme some time because I had to cater to my little cousins for a bit. Now i got two weeks with just my parents and me. I'll be busy with them but I'll have a bit of time to do what i want. 

@Joisan - THAT THING WOULDN'T DIE! When i went to horizon, I had those bloody scions killing my teammates constantly then that thing appears, I was running like hell! I stationed Garrus up on the left edge and had him sniping it while Kasumi and I ran around shooting it with our machine guns. It was hilarious when it started to follow Kasumi...but scary when it started to follow me.... LOL!

Yayyy, so looking forward to it. What an awesome fanfic. Thanks to Nightodie for the heads up about it as well :happy:

I just started the asari consort mission in ME1. The look on Kaidan's face seals the deal.

welcome to the thread xasen. nice to have new people here.

while i have to say that i'm not a fan of phoenix armour, i think liberator's worse. some of the armours in ME1 were a bit too bright to be good camoflage, but atleast they were better than the squad armours in ME2.

personally, i don't have any problems with the armor. on my screen it never looked THAT pink and I never had Kaidan wear it anyway, except for the video sequence at the beginning of ME2 but that wasn't really a big deal for me. *shrugs* I don't see the issues with that armor. it could look worse, IMHO. xD
