Views? I personally would have enjoyed a montage and voice over especially if we had the ability to view it again, it would feel more comforting, Shep could read the mail before Omega 4 for example.

Right.  Sbarge voiceover would've been spectacular.  An Ashley one would've been great for her too, though I really think her letter works well as is.  I always got the feeling Kaidan was attempting to give Shepard a way out, cause he thought he absolutely ruined things on Horizon.  Ashley's seems a bit less conflicted.  (Not that I can find the copy of the Ashley letter the thread gave me when I was writing Joker's Ashley Letter Game... *grr*)

I remember pre-ME2 there was an interview where-in one could see Ashley talking in the background, and everyone was sure that meant at some point you'd get to talk to her, a la Shepard's mom in the first game, and the fact that that never materialized for either Kaidan or Ashley in game... just traumatic.  

and I would totally watch Penikett be Kaidan.  I didn't even watch BSG or Dollhouse more than once or twice, and he was the best thing I saw in either one of them.

I've never been able to pin point what Ash and Kaidan would look like in real life. Sbarge does have some similarities to him if you look but even then I can't picture it o.O

I used to always have to sit there and rip my tooth out because they never just "came out". Except that time I was eating chicken and then there was blood everywhere on my plate, that spooked me.
Had to go to the dentist to have 3 removed that were too painful for me to mess with it for so long.
Haven't been to a dentist in a long time... Probably have a cavity in every single tooth and don't know it because that's just my luck.

no! he doesn't look at all like a 31 year old Kaidan! nuh uh ! No doubt, Oded is hot but he just looks too old and no offense there. I could NEVER see Kaidan in him. Tahmoh is very sexy  but I don't see him as Kaidan, he isn't dark and sultry enough, imo....
I actually don't think they are going to find anyone really suitable for Kaidan that everyone is going to agree on, tbh 
At least we all agree on the 'real', Kaidan, eh?

And no, Penikett isn't dark and sultry enough to be the game Kaidan, but I'd forgive him for it and watch him anyways in the movie version.

According to the masseffect site Kaidan is 35, not 34. He probably turned 33 during his time on the first Normandy during the mission.
Sucks we don't have as much info on him as we do on Ash... I think they even gave her blood type.
I think he's a January or Feb person.

Well, perhaps.  jane Austen is classic romance at its best.  And we think that the Kaidan relationship is likely the most romantic of those in ME1&2 or we probably wouldn't be here, right? 

While on that topic is it just me, or do the "romances" for femShep in ME2 just seem like short-terms things or hookups as compared to those in ME1?

And even with one year closer to Oded, Oded just looks old! He can't pull off Kaidan and expect people to believe he is him. Don't get me wrong, I adore Oded, great actor, looking amazing and all, still, looks-wise....no Kaidan resemblance at all. Tooo many wrinkles.

One of the (many) things that I've always found hot about Carth and Kaidan is that they are older. They are strong, virile men in their 30's--not some teen or guy barely out of his teens like in the Final Fantsy series.

lucky you. We don't have many conventions over here and I never go to FedCon. Too big, too expensive. I'm a picture person as well, rather pictures than autographs. Or better, autograph on photo-ops. Those are the best. At the convention with Aaron I won Season 1 and 2.1 BSG on DVD. Of course got both boxes signed by him, Nicky and gah I'm trying to remember who else was there. Great moment for me lol. We used to have this small convention here that we went to every year. Nothing like partying it up with the guests *giggles* 

Back on topic.....Kaidan and Shep who would sleep on which side of the bed?
